The room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.

Booked a room and they tried to charge us more. Got dirty looks when we said something about it. We wanted to book a taxi and they didn’t bother to help us. We sat in the lobby because the electricity went out and they told us we couldn’t sit there and needed to go to our room without explaination why. Keep in mind we weren’t the only ones sitting there but there were many guests. Still they only told us to leave. Housekeeper left our window open. We came back to a flooded room due to the heavy rainfall, that’s why we kept it closed. We went out for the day and came back around 5:00pm. They suddenly told us to leave because they had problems due to the storm, which we understood. They refused to give us a refund. After a bit of a struggle they booked another hotel for us and said they would pay for it, but when we got to the new hotel they didn’t hear anything about it. Bad custumer service. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Really shady overall feel. First hotel in Vietnam that felt unsafe to keep our luggage unlocked. Would definitely not recommend booking here.

We were in Da Nang for 4 days and enjoyed the stay in Minh House. As a starting point for beach day, trip to Ba Na Hills or Hai Van Pass super. The centre is about 8-10 minutes away with the roller, making the Dragon Bridge and surroundings easy to reach. The roller is directly opposite for small money. The Minh House is part of the Boutique Hotel which is a few streets away. Breakfast can be booked optionally, we prefer cafes here. Hotel is definitely recommended.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

The hotel is not as shown in the photos. The pieces are very small and are a little bad to bring and the bathroom too. The poor cleaning, because they had hair on the floor and on the couch when we arrived. The daily cleaning was not too good. The worst thing of this stay was that we couldn't sleep quietly in the 3 nights we were. The rooms near our were very respectless, screams, screams, races in the corridor up to high hours of the night and the staff did nothing. On the other hand, they don't warn in advance that there is a “temple” or something like that next to the hotel where they play a not very pleasant music all day and a man “sing” for a microphone. The worst thing is that it was not only during the day, but also in the evening. We thought it was noise from a construction, because it sounded like that, but not, then we realized it was a ceremony or something like that when we heard the “singer” that was worse than all the other noises. A lack of respect not to notify or understand this in the hotel information before booking, considering it is a HOTEL and you want to rest after traveling all day. The only thing that saved is that you have a very good location and the girl at the reception that was very kind to do everything we could to pay for the stay with a card (only accept cash).
