I have to give this hotel a thumbs up! I originally booked the room with the mentality of giving it a try, but it was a surprise everywhere! The room was very clean! The sheets and quilts were not wrinkled at all, and there were no water stains even in the dead corners of the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was as enthusiastic as her own family. Not only did she take the initiative to help with the luggage, but she also patiently recommended nearby delicious restaurants. There were so many types of breakfast that I was dazzled, and the wontons and freshly fried eggs were so delicious. It is super convenient to buy things and take taxis around here. It's great. It's too hot at school, so my roommate and I came out to enjoy the air conditioning for a couple of days. This guesthouse is quite close to the school. It's probably a converted residential property. The occupancy rate around here isn't high, so it's quite quiet. Ordering takeout is also convenient.

I genuinely recommend this place! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The overall environment is peaceful and pleasant, and it's right next to the Puhe River, making it perfect for relaxation. The hygiene is exceptional; the room was clean and tidy, and all amenities were readily available. Plus, the transportation nearby is very convenient. My stay here was an absolute delight!

It's very close to the subway station. Ctrip lists it as a 4-star hotel, but it feels more like a standard 5-star hotel. The room amenities are plentiful, making it ideal for business trips; it exudes a strong business feel. However, since the hotel opened in 2018, some wear and tear is inevitable, and it's quite old overall. Also, many Black guests stay at the hotel, and their body odor is very strong. Furthermore, there are significant cultural differences between them and us; the few I encountered all had unpleasant expressions, just like some Black people I know—quite annoying. If you mind these things, don't book it.

I came to Shenyang for my postgraduate re-examination, and choosing this guesthouse was absolutely the right decision! The transportation is super convenient; you can take Line 2 directly from the airport, no hassle at all. The room is cozy and spotless, making for a really comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi is incredibly fast, and the projector is crystal clear, perfect for relaxing between re-examination sessions. What's even more heartwarming is that on my last day, the host generously offered a late check-out for free, showcasing amazing service! I honestly recommend this to all students coming to Shenyang for their re-examination; it offers incredible value for money and a fantastic experience. It's a truly great choice!

The hotel has good amenities and a reasonable price. The location is also excellent, just a two- or three-minute walk from the subway station, and not too far from Shenyang Aviation University, Shenyang Normal University, and Liaoning University. There are many dining options nearby, and takeout can be delivered upstairs. The table in the room is also a good size. It's a great choice for university students studying for exams or finals, as well as for visiting families.

The bathroom drain was very slow, and water was coming up from the floor drain next to the toilet. I called the front desk, and they came over after more than 10 minutes. They took a look and said they were going to get some tools. They didn't come back for more than 10 minutes. It was almost 11 o'clock, so I had to call the front desk and they told me not to bother.

The location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient; the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep; the service is warm and attentive, always ready to help; the facilities are complete and practical, with thoughtful details. From cleanliness to service, from location to overall experience, it's flawless in every way, offering exceptional value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time!

A family of five went to Fantawild Adventure. It only took about 10 minutes to drive there from the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, and you can also take a taxi for 8-10 yuan to Wuyue Plaza for shopping and dining, as well as Yonghui Supermarket. The hotel is near the road but not noisy. The air conditioning is also very quiet. We booked two rooms for two nights. The first night was very quiet and we slept well. The second night, a family with children stayed next door, and the kids were slamming doors and jumping around in their rooms, which was a bit noisy. But there's nothing you can do about it; even five-star hotels can be noisy if the parents of unruly children are inconsiderate. This isn't the hotel's fault. The owner is very nice and responsive, replying quickly to calls and messages. It's recommended to ask the owner about parking locations beforehand to avoid paying extra.
