GGuest UserThe disadvantage is that you don't need to swipe your card to take the elevator, which is not safe and convenient. I originally wanted to deduct one point, but my children like this hotel, so I give it full marks💯
The hotel is a bit remote, so you need to drive or take a taxi🚗

LLigoumaologThe hotel's location is fantastic, right above Plaza 66 (恒隆广场), and very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, and you need to transfer elevators there to reach the guest rooms. The room itself is spacious with good privacy and well-equipped facilities. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the window is unobstructed and clear. The breakfast dining environment is pleasant, with a wide variety of food options and good taste. Helen, Elena, and Clara from Guest Services were all very friendly and accommodating – highly recommended!

MM546464****This established hotel truly lives up to its reputation. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality. Miki, the front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and thoughtful; she even offered to help me with my belongings. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the bed was so comfortable it instantly melted away a day's fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location is fantastic – just a short walk to the subway station and a night market nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is definitely my top choice!

MM310233****A landmark on Youth Street, right in the city center. Even though the hotel has been open for a while and the facilities are a bit dated, it still feels very luxurious. It offers unique spots for night view photos – a perfect recommendation! Also, Sunny, our butler, provided thoughtful and responsive service; they were always there when we needed them. Our stay at the Grand Hyatt truly made our wonderful Shenyang trip even more romantic.

JJugaosiyuanSeriously struck gold with this place! I was a bit worried when I booked, thinking it might be a dud, but I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived. As soon as I got out of the car, I saw Vision, the bellhop, smiling and coming over to help with our luggage. Check-in was super fast, done in just a few minutes. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how incredibly clean it was. The sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, not a hint of odor, and with the window open, you get a great street view and fantastic natural light. Later that night, I was hungry and wanted to order some late-night food. I called room service, and the guy delivered it in less than 20 minutes. The portion was huge, and it tasted great. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even better – buns, fried dough sticks, soy milk, fruit, everything you could ask for. They even had hot, freshly made noodles where you could add your own toppings; it was so satisfying. When I checked out, I mentioned that I'm a light sleeper, and they even gave me earplugs – talk about thoughtful! The value for money is absolutely off the charts. I'm definitely staying here again next time I'm in town and will be recommending it to all my friends!

GGuest UserThe service at the Renaissance Shenyang was excellent. The gentleman who greeted us on the first floor was incredibly welcoming and had a great memory. He even remembered my visit last year. Du Miao, the front desk clerk at the check-in counter, was particularly attentive. He proactively asked for my preferences and helped me adjust my lake view and upgrade my floor. Among Marriott's hotels, Sheraton feels more business-like, while Marriott offers traditional luxury. The Renaissance offers both luxury and personal touches, paired with excellent service that makes you feel right at home.
Some highlights:
1. There's a Starbucks coffee shop in the first-floor lobby, with discounts for in-house guests.
2. The bed was very comfortable and larger. Hotels like InterContinental are typically 1.1-1.2 meters wide, while the Renaissance's is 1.35-1.4 meters wide.
3. This hotel is a bit far from the city center and close to factories, so rates are higher Monday through Friday. Weekend discounts are available. If you're driving or have a car, this is a great value option.

DDorothy ZhengI booked this hotel for my friend who was visiting Shenyang. It's conveniently located near Wu'ai Market, making it easy to get to Zhongjie Street, the Imperial Palace, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, Xiaoheyan Morning Market, and Caitia Night Market. Taxis are also readily available. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the complimentary cookies at check-in were delicious. The room was spacious, bright, and quiet. Breakfast the next day was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. My friend was very satisfied.

- Intimate service: the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and Manager Zhao at the front desk gave welcome fruit. The housekeeper cleaned very carefully every day.
- Extra highlights: The night view from the room platform is super beautiful, and the freshly cooked noodles stall for breakfast is worth a try.

HhwwjcIt was around 2am when we arrived at the hotel. There were a lot of people waiting to check in at the front desk. The hotel notified us that it was because the Ctrip backend was not turned off and was constantly accepting orders. There were also problems coordinating between the front desk staff who were checking in, and they opened the rooms that had already been checked in many times. The average check-in time for a customer was about 16 minutes. A customer argued with the front desk, and the front desk staff responded by saying, ”I'll refund your money, and you can stop staying.” I know it's not easy to work overtime in the early morning, but it's hard to accept this. The room is very large, and the facilities are basically high-end. Just as I was about to go to bed, a big cockroach came out of the big glass in the bathroom. I was afraid that my wife and children would be scared, so I cleaned it up quietly. In general, the hotel's service does not match the environment, the environment does not match the price, and the price does not match the name 😂
