The location of the hotel is very convenient, just outside the subway entrance. The whole self-service check-in is contactless and very convenient. You can take the key from the mailbox on the first floor and swipe your card to go upstairs to the password lock. The room is very warmly decorated and has a complete set of disposable supplies, including toothpaste, paper cups and wooden combs, and 24-hour hot water in the room.
The landlord is very enthusiastic and can solve any problems in time. The bedding is very clean. Just put the check-out key back in the mailbox downstairs where you can get the key.
It's my first time to stay in a B&B like this. It feels fresh and worry-free.
You can go anywhere by train here. Recommend it to others as a reference

I am very satisfied with the overall feeling of this homestay. From booking to leaving, every detail was handled in a well-organized manner. The room was clean and cheap. Really beyond my expectations, warm atmosphere, intimate service, projection is a film and television member, everything can be seen, the bed is comfortable, the sheets are fragrant and very clean.

GGuest UserI chose the loft apartment with two big beds on the second floor, and thanks to the 2 beds upstairs, I couldn't live. The first floor is super cold. The temperature in Shenyang at the end of February is still very low. The air conditioner is 28 degrees and it is super cold. I reacted to the front desk. The front desk said that the air conditioner temperature should be improved for a while (because the house is too high), but I ordered the air conditioner for one night. The first floor is still super cold, and I can't stay at all. The temperature on the second floor is OK. It is estimated that the reason for the small space is that the only drawback on the second floor is that there is no TV. The temperature difference between the first floor and the second floor is at least 10 degrees. But health and service are still quite good. If the cold problem on the first floor can be solved, I will still live here in Shenyang in the future.

What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:-
1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour.
2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there.
The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

But overall stay was nice. Only one halal restaurant nearby, no big supermarket, hard to buy fruits and vegetables. Food wasn't great. No people in the streets..

There are no bath towels. The towels are not pure cotton. There is no soap. The plastic film on the mattress is not removed. It is a bit slippery and noisy when sitting on it. I suggest the boss to remove the plastic film. If you are afraid of dirt, you can put on a fitted sheet. There is only one main light. There is no bedside switch. You need to go down to the door to turn off the light. The hygiene is OK.

Location wise it is great. Few steps to subway only.
Service wise - there is no front desk. You got to collect the keys according to instructions sent over wechat. The person could have sent instruction early to prevent customers getting lost at what to do.
Cleanliness - bedsheet is clean. But mattress is not. Make my skin itchy as hell.
Amenities - there is a 24 hr mart down below which is very convenient.

SSeonghyeonIt was totally nice hostel for me. Rest room in the each room was incredible. Host were very kind and easy-going people. Location was very center of the Shenyang representative street. Nearby, there were many restaurants and supermarket. it also connected to imperial palace where I’ve been many times back and forth in short period. So, location was perfect for me.
You can find this hostel when you find the huge rocked door.
As well as, it was clean and bright. When you close the window you can hear nothing about outside sound noise, but also when you open the window you can feel the fresh wind.
This hostel offer breakfast amazingly.
Thus, everything was nice and good, perfect.
I can’t wait to visit here again for the next time.

DDongyaoI've been here before, and I knew this one would be a nice place to stay a night and then to catch the morning train in the railway station. Since I have to go to the ticket office in the early morning, this place provides me the best location to there. Overall the room is good maintained, and it's easy to check in. The landlord is nice, and she will help you to check in even it's really late time. I need to mention this place is also in the center of a business district, and thus it's really easy to get all kinds of food and all etc. for entertainment. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a one night stay only, and not something luxury.
