The room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

We had a delightful stay at Shenyang Place Hotel. The room overlooked the street and was extremely spacious and comfortable. For such a convenient location - just a short walk to the Imperial Palace as well as Zhongjie Walking Street and plenty of restaurant choices- it was quiet and peaceful at night and very soundproof from guests in adjacent rooms. The buffet breakfast offered a range of options but the wonton soup won out each morning for us. We also enjoyed a drink in the Goose and Dog bar just downstairs. Be sure to check out the range of aircraft related items in the back. All staff in both the hotel and bar were thoughtful and helpful responding quickly and efficiently to questions. We caught the metro from the airport and would note that even though Exit B is closer only Exit A at Huaiyuanmen Station has an elevator to get up to street level. Would definitely stay here again.

Guest UserThis stay experience far exceeded expectations! From the welcome tea when entering the door to the warm heart gift when checking out, every detail is full of care. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect was very good, which made me have a rare good night's sleep during the trip. Special thanks to the front desk lady, not only free upgrade of the room type, but also patiently recommended the surrounding authentic food. Next time I come to Shenyang, this is still my first choice!

Guest UserThe room's furnishings are neatly arranged, and the soft decor has a tasteful and high-end feel, avoiding any cheap or rough appearance. The bedding fabric is breathable and skin-friendly, so it doesn't feel stuffy or sticky even when staying in the summer. The hotel regularly exterminates insects, so there were no issues with mosquito harassment during my stay. Customer service was patient and meticulous in addressing guest inquiries, and explanations were clear and easy to understand. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The public lounge area is clean and tidy, perfect for temporary waiting or resting. The quality of the stay perfectly matches the price point; it's a reliable and steady choice, so there's no need to worry about any unpleasant surprises.

Guest UserNo windows, I was cooped up in a stuffy, enclosed space for two days. They said I could switch rooms for an extra 30 per night, then later offered 25 per night. We tried to process the refund and payment twice, but it never went through. It was truly unprofessional. The lack of a window in the room was also vaguely mentioned during booking. Such a crucial issue like having no window should be clearly stated, not just vaguely implied as 'might not have a window.' And in the windowless room, the air conditioning blew out a musty smell – just imagine that... Everything else was great though; breakfast was quite varied, and the location was excellent for getting around.

The service at Magnolia Hotel is truly outstanding! I arrived late at night from Xiamen, and the front desk staff was still incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded our room for free, which immediately left a great impression. There was only one chair in the room initially, but after a quick call to the front desk, they promptly brought another one – their response time was super efficient! When my husband injured his leg and we needed a late check-out, we asked about the extra cost, but they extended it for free. Their service attitude was consistently excellent. I first stayed here 20 years ago when the hotel just opened, and even then, I had a great experience and recommended it to many friends. This stay has only reaffirmed its quality. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff!

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and I'm already looking forward to my next one!
We stayed in a family room with two breakfasts included at the Ibis Shenyang North Railway Station South Square. The staff kindly helped us out with a third breakfast, but I do think family rooms should ideally come with three breakfast options, especially for families with older children. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the facilities were decent, though a few items showed some wear and could be updated.
The restaurant area was a good size with plenty of tables and chairs. We went later in the morning so didn't encounter any queues. Staff were prompt in refilling food and clearing tables, and they even reminded guests before closing time.
The hotel sign at the entrance is prominent and easy to spot. Check-in was efficient at the front desk on the first floor. The staff explained the breakfast times and location, but didn't mention the laundry room, which I discovered later near the elevators. There's also a glass cabinet on the first floor selling daily necessities and snacks, all clearly priced.
Overall, it was a good experience. Keep up the great work! 💪

The location is very good for a transit layover due to its location right next to the train station. Our ”skylight” room had a terrible air circulation and a bad room layout. The bed was good. I could shower for 3 minutes before the shower floor would flood and iwater would enter the room. Overall not very impressed. The international Ibis brand was upgraded a few years ago but don't let the wineglasses next to the reception fool you, the”red” Ibis brand remains a rock bottom budget hotel hardly ever worth of its 3 star rating. This property is no exception

Chan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
