GGuest UserThe hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Zhongjie subway station, which is fantastic. The location is truly unbeatable! When I come to Shenyang, I don't even bother with transportation anymore. Downstairs is the Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, where you can find roast chicken, Guo Bao Rou, and more, all within a few steps. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the Forbidden City, so there's no need to fuss with finding transport. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing or shopping, I could just fall right into bed and sleep. The staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly enthusiastic and gave very detailed explanations about the surrounding food options. The value for money is absolutely off the charts! Next time I come to Shenyang, I'll definitely stay here again. It's truly excellent, and there's even free parking. From the 26th-floor lobby during peak hours, you can also enjoy a beautiful night view, which is absolutely stunning.

LLigoumaologThe hotel's location is fantastic, right above Plaza 66 (恒隆广场), and very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, and you need to transfer elevators there to reach the guest rooms. The room itself is spacious with good privacy and well-equipped facilities. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the window is unobstructed and clear. The breakfast dining environment is pleasant, with a wide variety of food options and good taste. Helen, Elena, and Clara from Guest Services were all very friendly and accommodating – highly recommended!

Besides a living room, a dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom, it also had a separate study and another laundry room. The breakfast was also very rich, with many egg options and even Japanese natto. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Lluo_yanThe location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

HhenrygangheThis was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to the three northeastern provinces, so it definitely deserves a five-star review. 1. The hotel's central location is convenient for transportation and offers beautiful views. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room directly overlooked the TV Tower and Youth Park. 2. The interior decor is new, stylish, and comfortable. The room itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious (the only minor flaw was that it was hard to tell if the light switches were on or off, so you had to try them out to find the right one). 3. The buffet breakfast was high-quality and unpretentious, fresh, hot, and delicious. The food displays were clear and easy to navigate, making it convenient and pleasant to dine. 4. The value for money was excellent. Just before check-in, I noticed the price was significantly lower than when I originally booked, so I re-booked (I feel Ctrip should proactively notify customers of lower prices, especially since they collect a deposit and should offer a best price guarantee). 5. This is truly a must-stay hotel in Shenyang.

__CFT0275054****The room is incredibly spacious! At over 25 square meters, it never felt cramped. There's plenty of storage in the wardrobe, and a full-length mirror is super convenient for getting ready. Even with a lot of luggage, everything fit perfectly. The bed was just right in terms of firmness, and I loved having the option of a memory foam pillow – my sleep experience was fantastic. The little sofa by the window was perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea and a book; it really added to the overall enjoyment!

TTuzimenyaArrived at the hotel at 11 AM and was told I could check-in, but the room wasn't ready. They suggested I pick up the hot spring tickets first, go enjoy myself, and then come back for the room later. I could leave my luggage at the storage. I asked if they could bring my luggage to the room once it was cleaned, but they said no, I'd have to come back for it myself. Also, check-in was in a different building. Breakfast was in an even farther restaurant, about a five-minute walk. Inside the hot spring center, there's a large water park area with many children playing. Outdoors, there are several hot spring pools, and the famous 'iron pot stew yourself' (a playful name for a hot pot bath)! On the second floor, in the bathing and scrubbing area, there are several large hot tubs and even smaller 'water缸' (vat) pools, which are quite cute. Plenty of sofas to relax on, and they even thoughtfully provided spin dryers for swimsuits. There was complimentary fruit, but I didn't see any free drinking water. I waited an hour for a scrub; apparently, when it's busy, you might wait four or five hours. The auntie's scrubbing technique was excellent, but the massage beds were quite close together, supposedly because they added more beds due to high demand. The third floor has a children's play area and a dining area. There's no buffet; everything is à la carte, and the variety isn't extensive. However, there's a 'Instant Noodle Research Institute' open from 9 PM to 1 AM, which is quite interesting, featuring most brands you'd find on the market. The fourth floor has foot massages, and the fifth floor has guest rooms, but the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. To get to the guest rooms, you have to go back to the lobby, change clothes and shoes, and then take another elevator to the fifth floor. The guest rooms are a bit old and soundproofing is poor. But behind the hotel, there's a large ice and snow park with ice slides, snow slides, snowmobiles, snow bikes, and other activities suitable for both adults and children.

GGuest UserService: First of all, let’s talk about the service attitude. It is very good. You can ask for anything and the landlord will help if he can help. Environment: The family environment is relatively good. There are windows on the third floor, allowing sunlight to shine in. The indoor environment is clean and bright. Hygiene: The indoor hygiene is relatively clean, and the facilities are arranged in an orderly manner and are not messy. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and new. Two large beds can accommodate 4 people. The TV, washing machine, toilet and shower room are separated from dry and wet. There are toilets, refrigerators, kettles, and slippers, all of which can be used for free. There are also disposable toothbrushes and toilet covers. Garbage bags etc. I was three adults and a 3-year-old child. I went to Shengjing Hospital to check my child's illness. I stayed for 3 nights in total. The landlady was very enthusiastic and the service was very good. The overall feeling is very good in all aspects, and the price is really not expensive. Compared with those hotel prices, this configuration is considered cheap.
