Zhangyingjun.
This hotel is right next to Qingnian Street subway station and very close to Xita. On my second day, I explored Zhongjie, visited the Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Ancestral Temple, and even checked out the TV Tower Night Market in the evening. Overall, the hotel environment was excellent and my stay was very comfortable. It was really quiet, with no noise whatsoever. There was also a lovely, pleasant fragrance when entering the hotel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the lobby was beautiful. It was super convenient to have a robot deliver our takeout orders directly to our room. The hotel is across from a mini driving school, so it wasn't noisy at all. It's also pretty close to Qingnian Street subway station, within walking distance.
The room looked exactly like the pictures, no misleading photos here!
What's absolutely worth mentioning is the location! The popular Anzai Bakery is right next door, C&B is just across the street, and the adorable Ruby Cafe is less than a ten-minute walk away. This location is unbeatable! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Guest UserIt’s a really convenient location that’s within a 5 min walk to the subway station entrance and next door they have a luckin coffee in the Maoye building. The suite room was very big and had a good view of the city and Qing nian street. The room was tidy and they provided soft slippers and robes. Service was great and they would bring our takeout orders to the door. Their fridge was stocked with their own tea bottles, Coke, and 2 bottles of water. They also had their own 2 bags of drip coffee and loose leaf teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we’d recommend Atour hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

Anonymous UserIt's normal for buildings in the old town to be a bit old-fashioned in terms of decor. There's no separate shower, so you have to shower in the bathtub. However, the cleanliness really left a lot to be desired. On the day we checked in, it might have been busy, but the front desk staff looked really unhappy, like they didn't want to be there. The lady who checked us out, though, was incredibly enthusiastic, practically begging for a good review.

Every time I visit, I'm always impressed by all the staff here – from the front desk and management to the back-office team, and even the cleaning aunties are incredibly nice and friendly. The value for money is outstanding, and it's super convenient for shopping and doctor's appointments – a one-stop shop. Honestly, every time I come, I already want to plan my next stay here. There are quite a few hotels around, but this is always my top choice; I absolutely love it! Plus, I heard it's pet-friendly! Next time I'm on a road trip with my dog, this will definitely be my go-to choice. The delivery robot for takeout is also really convenient; it doesn't bother the staff, which is great for introverts like me!

Atour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, offering meticulous and polite service. The room was spotless, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The delivery robot service was great; it took only five minutes to get food from the delivery person to my room. The soundproofing in the room was good, and it was very thoughtful that I could check in as early as 6 AM since there were available rooms. However, there were a few minor downsides regarding the facilities: 1. There was only a showerhead, no handheld shower sprayer. 2. The room was extremely dry, and the wooden furniture generated a lot of static electricity – it even zapped my keyboard light out! It only improved after I asked the front desk for a humidifier. 3. When the lights were first turned on, they would flicker for about ten minutes before stabilizing.

Guest UserRoom clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.
