GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the lobby was beautiful. It was super convenient to have a robot deliver our takeout orders directly to our room. The hotel is across from a mini driving school, so it wasn't noisy at all. It's also pretty close to Qingnian Street subway station, within walking distance.
The room looked exactly like the pictures, no misleading photos here!
What's absolutely worth mentioning is the location! The popular Anzai Bakery is right next door, C&B is just across the street, and the adorable Ruby Cafe is less than a ten-minute walk away. This location is unbeatable! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang.

GGuest UserAtour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, offering meticulous and polite service. The room was spotless, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserIt’s a really convenient location that’s within a 5 min walk to the subway station entrance and next door they have a luckin coffee in the Maoye building. The suite room was very big and had a good view of the city and Qing nian street. The room was tidy and they provided soft slippers and robes. Service was great and they would bring our takeout orders to the door. Their fridge was stocked with their own tea bottles, Coke, and 2 bottles of water. They also had their own 2 bags of drip coffee and loose leaf teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we’d recommend Atour hotel.

Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

SSunnyAmyEvery year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service.
This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself.
If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed.
While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite.
Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out.
I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

JJordon49This is my initial stay with Atour, following a recommendation from friends in Singapore who praised the hotel's service and comfortable accommodations. I found the front office staff to be exceptionally helpful. However, I must draw attention to the condition of the lobby restroom, which was unacceptably dirty, unkempt, malodorous, and lacked tissue supplies. I reported this issue to the Front Office.
Subsequent to my complaint, my room received persistent and unsettling phone calls every 5 to 10 minutes, with the caller inquiring if it was room 110X. The caller's voice was unusual and disturbing. These incessant calls disrupted my family's sleep throughout the night. Despite reporting this to the Front Office, they were unable to trace the origin of these calls.
On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Nevertheless, I am compelled to reconsider future stays at this hotel due to significant safety concerns.

The functional areas are well planned and the circulation design is excellent. The sound insulation is also great. There are many shopping malls near the hotel and it is very convenient for travel. When I checked in, the front desk service was great and asked me if I had any plans before driving. The hotel is equipped with above-ground and underground parking lots. I heard that I was traveling and specially sent me a copy of the Shenyang Railway. The overall service of West Travel Guide is very warm and very satisfying👍

The hygiene was just okay. When I boiled water, there were some flocculent bits in the kettle, but I didn't take a picture.
The bathroom was really odd; it was inconvenient to get toiletries.
I've been to Shenyang four or five times, and this is my third stay at this hotel. This is the first time I've been given this type of room layout.
It's an older hotel. The soundproofing used to be decent when I stayed before, but this time, the guy next door spoke very loudly and disturbed me for two nights. I hope everyone staying in hotels can keep their voices down after 11 PM.
The breakfast was very plentiful and tasted great. The staff were attentive and meticulous, clearing tables quickly. You could see their efficient teamwork during mealtimes.
I didn't experience any particularly noteworthy service from the front desk.
The cleaning lady was very nice and enthusiastic, but I hope there can be better methods for cleaning.

However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.
