The room was clean and tidy, and the lobby was beautiful. It was super convenient to have a robot deliver our takeout orders directly to our room. The hotel is across from a mini driving school, so it wasn't noisy at all. It's also pretty close to Qingnian Street subway station, within walking distance. The room looked exactly like the pictures, no misleading photos here! What's absolutely worth mentioning is the location! The popular Anzai Bakery is right next door, C&B is just across the street, and the adorable Ruby Cafe is less than a ten-minute walk away. This location is unbeatable! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Incredible staff, everyone was kind and helpful. We asked for a really late checkout, they agreed kindly. As our kid was fussing a little during the checkout, a nice lady came over and gifted her a toy that she made herself. We were granted a free breakfast, for making up a 3 hours electricity shortage in the building. A part for the staff, honestly the room was not the best…not the cleanest I would say. If I had to rate only the room apart from the really kind people at the reception, I couldn’t recommend it…but due to the kindness we received, I feel it would be ungrateful to complain.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

This is my initial stay with Atour, following a recommendation from friends in Singapore who praised the hotel's service and comfortable accommodations. I found the front office staff to be exceptionally helpful. However, I must draw attention to the condition of the lobby restroom, which was unacceptably dirty, unkempt, malodorous, and lacked tissue supplies. I reported this issue to the Front Office. Subsequent to my complaint, my room received persistent and unsettling phone calls every 5 to 10 minutes, with the caller inquiring if it was room 110X. The caller's voice was unusual and disturbing. These incessant calls disrupted my family's sleep throughout the night. Despite reporting this to the Front Office, they were unable to trace the origin of these calls. On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Every time I visit, I'm always impressed by all the staff here – from the front desk and management to the back-office team, and even the cleaning aunties are incredibly nice and friendly. The value for money is outstanding, and it's super convenient for shopping and doctor's appointments – a one-stop shop. Honestly, every time I come, I already want to plan my next stay here. There are quite a few hotels around, but this is always my top choice; I absolutely love it! Plus, I heard it's pet-friendly! Next time I'm on a road trip with my dog, this will definitely be my go-to choice. The delivery robot for takeout is also really convenient; it doesn't bother the staff, which is great for introverts like me!

Atour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I arrived pretty late. The hygiene was just okay. When I boiled water, there were some flocculent bits in the kettle, but I didn't take a picture. The bathroom was really odd; it was inconvenient to get toiletries. I've been to Shenyang four or five times, and this is my third stay at this hotel. This is the first time I've been given this type of room layout. It's an older hotel. The soundproofing used to be decent when I stayed before, but this time, the guy next door spoke very loudly and disturbed me for two nights. I hope everyone staying in hotels can keep their voices down after 11 PM. The breakfast was very plentiful and tasted great. The staff were attentive and meticulous, clearing tables quickly. You could see their efficient teamwork during mealtimes. I didn't experience any particularly noteworthy service from the front desk. The cleaning lady was very nice and enthusiastic, but I hope there can be better methods for cleaning.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 200 meters from Zhongjie Metro Station, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. From the room, you get a panoramic view of the Shenyang Imperial Palace. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room itself is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions.
