4-Star Hotels in Shenyang

We chose this family-friendly hotel for our family trip, and it far exceeded our expectations – definitely five stars! The room was incredibly spacious with an extra-large bed that was super comfortable. The thoughtful addition of a bed rail made our stay with a toddler especially reassuring. The room type also came with a cute IP-themed play tent and various children's toys, which our child adored the moment we walked in. They had so much fun playing without even needing to leave the room. The hotel also has a dedicated children's play area with a wide variety of facilities, keeping our little one entertained all day. Coincidentally, there was a concert nearby, so the location was excellent and convenient for getting around. The room facilities were clean and tidy, and the service was meticulous and attentive, catering to the needs of families at every turn. It offers incredible value for money and is an excellent choice for family travel. We'll definitely prioritize booking here again for our next family outing!

The room was clean and tidy, and the lobby was beautiful. It was super convenient to have a robot deliver our takeout orders directly to our room. The hotel is across from a mini driving school, so it wasn't noisy at all. It's also pretty close to Qingnian Street subway station, within walking distance. The room looked exactly like the pictures, no misleading photos here! What's absolutely worth mentioning is the location! The popular Anzai Bakery is right next door, C&B is just across the street, and the adorable Ruby Cafe is less than a ten-minute walk away. This location is unbeatable! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Incredible staff, everyone was kind and helpful. We asked for a really late checkout, they agreed kindly. As our kid was fussing a little during the checkout, a nice lady came over and gifted her a toy that she made herself. We were granted a free breakfast, for making up a 3 hours electricity shortage in the building. A part for the staff, honestly the room was not the best…not the cleanest I would say. If I had to rate only the room apart from the really kind people at the reception, I couldn’t recommend it…but due to the kindness we received, I feel it would be ungrateful to complain.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

Hotel Jen by Shangri-La is a 4-star hotel under the Shangri-La brand. It's an older property, but it's very well-maintained. Manager Wang Jia from Guest Services took excellent care of me during my stay! Jenny at the front desk was very friendly and efficient during check-in. Kim helped me with my luggage, Song Liang directed me to the elevator, and Manager Guo even made me coffee. I was very satisfied throughout my entire stay; it's truly a hotel worth revisiting! The coffee was rich and aromatic. A superb stay! Five-star rating.

The value for money is outstanding, and it's super convenient for shopping and doctor's appointments – a one-stop shop. Honestly, every time I come, I already want to plan my next stay here. There are quite a few hotels around, but this is always my top choice; I absolutely love it! Plus, I heard it's pet-friendly! Next time I'm on a road trip with my dog, this will definitely be my go-to choice. The delivery robot for takeout is also really convenient; it doesn't bother the staff, which is great for introverts like me!

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
