The hotel rooms are spotless, and the hygiene inspection was incredibly thorough. The entertainment facilities, especially the swimming pool, are beautiful. The meals are delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. Breakfast is served from 7 AM to 11 AM, which is a really long and convenient window. The hotel's location is excellent for transportation, very close to the subway station – just a few minutes' walk. There are also several parking lots available at the hotel, which is a great plus. Highly recommended!

Opened in March, the toothbrush cups already have a lot of scratches. I suggest not using these plastic cups anymore. The breakfast has a good variety, with freshly made rice noodle rolls and small noodles, among other things. I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, and the front desk upgraded my inner-facing room to an outer-facing one for free. The downside is that it's next to the road, so there's some traffic noise. The front desk also informed me that the neighboring room was undergoing renovations from 9 AM to 5 PM and offered earplugs. However, my sleep quality is pretty good, and I was leaving by 9 AM anyway, so I didn't need the earplugs. The laundry service was also very convenient. Overall, the service is good. I would consider staying here again for transfers on my way home.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Shenyang US Consulate, about 200 meters away. The elevators are very slow for such a tall building. Also, the pillows are definitely not Atour's; they're incredibly hard with no bounce. Most importantly, the room was colder than the hallway! The window was drafty! It was really, really cold in the room!!!

I stayed at this hotel with my son for a football tournament. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading some online reviews, but since the team was staying here, it made it more convenient for us during the competition. So, I decided to go with it. I sent my son to check it out first, and he said that while the hotel was old, it was generally okay. My actual stay confirmed this. Although the hotel is quite old, the brand does an excellent job with maintenance. All the facilities were in good condition, the bedding was very comfortable, and the towels seemed relatively new. The bathroom sink was spotless, with no grime or stains. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, covering all the essentials. Overall, it's great value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if the carpets could get a deep clean.

She proactively offered me a warm tea, which was instantly comforting. Because there was road construction near the hotel, and they were concerned it might disturb my rest, they even provided earplugs and an eye mask – their attention to detail was exceptional. She also enthusiastically recommended local Shenyang attractions and delicious nearby eateries, explaining the routes and specialties clearly, saving me a lot of hassle in planning my trip. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable; you could really feel their genuine care, unlike a run-of-the-mill service. This stay was definitely worth it, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Traveling with kids, the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, very clean, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, so my child slept soundly. The bed was just the right firmness, and the amenities were complete. The staff had excellent service and were quick to respond to any issues. Good value for money, I felt very at ease staying here for our trip, definitely recommend it! They called me a day in advance to confirm my check-in and even prepared books for my child. Truly excellent.

The location is absolutely perfect, really close to Shenyang Station, and the Taiyuan Street shopping district is within walking distance, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room itself is huge, with a clear separation between the living room and bedroom. It has a full kitchen with all the utensils, plus a washer-dryer combo, so it felt just like being at home. The entire place was clean and odor-free, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation and large bathtub made for a great washing experience. The public facilities were a pleasant surprise: a 24-hour gym, sauna and plunge pool, and even a simulated golf course – everything you need for relaxation in one place. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast spread had a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. It's suitable for both short stays and longer business trips, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

We stayed on the 14th floor, which was very quiet, and we slept soundly. The bed was large, and the air conditioning and hot water were strong and plentiful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Pros: The overall price is relatively stable. There's a convenience store and small restaurants downstairs. Nearby, you'll find Tawan Night Market, Wanda Plaza, and Xinyuehui, with a supermarket located downstairs at Xinyuehui. The subway station is about 900 meters from the hotel. In the lobby, you can get free bottled water, popsicles, and tea bags, and also store luggage. The bathroom in the room was large and spacious, with no unpleasant odors, making for a very comfortable sleep. Cons: The elevators during peak hours are a major issue. There are only three passenger elevators, plus one service elevator, each accommodating 10 people. The building has 33 floors, and floors above 18 are talent apartments. During morning and evening rush hours, you often have to wait for several elevators, compounded by delivery drivers rushing to deliver food and packages. During the peak summer season, check-out times were late, and we didn't get to check in until nearly 2 PM. Some rooms still had a faint smell of smoke. I suggest regular non-smoking treatments and designating non-smoking rooms.
