"I absolutely love this hotel in Shenyang! The front desk staff were so warm and helpful; they even pressed the elevator button for us when we checked in. The laundry room and gym on the second floor are both free. They provided kids' toothbrushes and slippers for our child, which shows great attention to detail. There's a 24-hour convenience store right next door, making it super easy to grab anything we needed. The travel guide card we received at check-in was very comprehensive, and the places we visited based on its recommendations were all excellent. Parking is free, and you can park anywhere in the underground garage. Our room was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable staying there. The price was also reasonable, and there's a slide and Hanfu costumes on the second floor. My child looked adorable in the Hanfu and didn't want to leave after playing for the entire afternoon. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shenyang!"

"The room layout was well-designed and suitable for families, with two bathrooms that were both wet/dry separated. It's within a ten-minute walk from the subway station, so overall, I was satisfied. What made me uncomfortable was that breakfast was included in the room rate, but because we had to leave before 7 AM to catch our bullet train, we'd miss the breakfast time. When I asked the front desk if they could provide a packed breakfast to go, they flat-out refused, stating quite confidently that they only start work at 7:30 AM! I initially didn't want to make a fuss, as it was indeed our issue for missing breakfast. However, after checking out, a hotel staff member messaged me on WeChat to ask about my satisfaction. I honestly gave feedback about the packed breakfast, and the WeChat reply I received was that they could provide a simple packed breakfast of eggs, bread, and room-temperature milk. I just want to ask the hotel: are the training materials for your WeChat staff and front desk staff consistent? Why can you give two different answers? Isn't it too late to tell me you can provide a simple packed breakfast after I've already checked out? The front desk said something completely different when I spoke to them! This trip, I brought my family to tour the three northeastern provinces of China. We went to Harbin and Yanji first, and Shenyang was our last stop. This hotel was also the last one on our itinerary, but the previous two hotels both provided packed breakfasts. If you don't want to provide it, then don't – I won't force it. But the inconsistency in your statements shows a complete lack of integrity."

"The room was great, really spacious. The complimentary coffee downstairs was a nice touch too. I was surprised that a hotel costing around 300 for two nights would even provide bathrobes, and the toilet was smart! There's a noodle shop right next door which is super convenient. This is my first time in the Northeast, and I truly felt right at home. My only suggestion would be to improve the smell in the room; there was a slight odor, but it didn't take away from how good the hotel was overall."

Being close to Shenyang North Station, you have access to the entire city via subway and bus. The front desk service is genuinely helpful and not just perfunctory."

"I've stayed here so many times, and I've recommended it to my colleagues who have all been very satisfied. The hotel is super close to the Youth Avenue subway station, with access to both Line 1 and Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to concerts by subway. Major Shenyang attractions like the Imperial Palace, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, Xita (West Tower), and the TV Tower Night Market are all nearby and just a short taxi ride away (starting fare). Mixc City is also close by, making shopping a breeze. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, and the service is always thoughtful and excellent. I especially want to praise the hotel breakfast; I can never get enough of it! There are new items every time I visit, and breakfast runs until 11 AM, so even if you wake up late, you won't miss out – it's fantastic. The lounge on the first floor is also great for a casual coffee or getting some work done. Plus, there's free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!"
