Guest UserI've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again.

Guest UserReturned to Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping, and once again, it was a truly comfortable and generous experience. The service was incredibly accommodating and efficient; they upgraded my room after a quick chat. The welcome fruit was delicious, and all the welcome amenities were perfectly arranged. Both the breakfast and the executive lounge standards were above average. The 23rd-floor lounge, in particular, was quiet with a comfortable view, and the afternoon tea and evening happy hour offered convenient food and drinks. It was a really pleasant spot to relax during my travels or business downtime. The room itself was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is also convenient for getting around and shopping. All my membership benefits were genuinely provided without any shortcuts or compromises, showing real sincerity towards high-tier members. This will definitely be my top choice when visiting Shenyang again; I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Guest UserLet's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor!
Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

The hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact.
I would like to talk about the service in detail:
First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much!
The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting!
Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles...
Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water?
There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Anonymous UserStayed here for one night as a stopover on a longer trip. It seemed like there were a lot of business travelers. My friend recommended this place because of heavy rain; it's right off the highway and less prone to flooding compared to other areas.
The staff were all very professional and courteous, quick to address any requests. The doorman in the lobby was very friendly and greeted me proactively. My 12-year-old child received a complimentary breakfast upon check-in.
The breakfast was quite plentiful, and the wontons and 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were delicious. The service staff were also very prompt in clearing tables.
Some parts of the parking lot were under renovation, but there was still plenty of space. I didn't get my license plate scanned upon entry, but the security guard proactively lifted the barrier when I checked out. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room was still quite damp, so it probably needs a few more days to air out. The slippers provided were a bit uncomfortable.
There are many dining options around the hotel, with a wide variety to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, it's a good hotel.

MomolvshenI chose the Shenyang Haiyun Jinjiang International Hotel for my business trip, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel is right next to Shenyang Station West Plaza, so it's within walking distance to the train station, which means no rushing to catch your train – incredibly convenient for frequent high-speed rail business travelers. Located in the heart of the Tiexi central business district, it's efficient for client visits and business meetings, and getting to various points around the city by taxi is very easy. The hotel breakfast is available until 1 PM, which is a thoughtful touch for business travelers; even if you wake up late after an early start for work, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. There are plenty of restaurants and commercial amenities nearby, making business dinners and casual meals very convenient. You can also relax with a swim in your free time. The front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and they offer business services like printing and luggage storage, making it perfect for business travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a business trip to Shenyang.

Guest UserHuge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight.

Guest UserThe Westin Shenyang boasts an absolutely unbeatable location! Situated along the 'Golden Corridor' of Youth Street, it's north of the old city and south of the new. Getting to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace or Zhongjie shopping street only takes about twenty minutes by taxi and costs just over ten yuan. There's a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to reach Taiyuan Street and Xita. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent – you can't hear any outside noise. It's truly ideal for both business trips and leisure vacations!

Anonymous UserThe hotel boasts numerous public lounge areas, all designed with a comfortable and minimalist aesthetic. After a dip in the hot springs, my skin and hair felt incredibly soft and smooth! Even though it was busy during the summer, the hotel is large enough to accommodate guests comfortably, so it never felt overcrowded. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh ingredients and a good variety of options. However, I was a bit disappointed that only free hot water was provided in the hot spring area, and no free drinking water. I think that's something they could improve upon!

hwwjcIt was around 2am when we arrived at the hotel. There were a lot of people waiting to check in at the front desk. The hotel notified us that it was because the Ctrip backend was not turned off and was constantly accepting orders. There were also problems coordinating between the front desk staff who were checking in, and they opened the rooms that had already been checked in many times. The average check-in time for a customer was about 16 minutes. A customer argued with the front desk, and the front desk staff responded by saying, ”I'll refund your money, and you can stop staying.” I know it's not easy to work overtime in the early morning, but it's hard to accept this. The room is very large, and the facilities are basically high-end. Just as I was about to go to bed, a big cockroach came out of the big glass in the bathroom. I was afraid that my wife and children would be scared, so I cleaned it up quietly. In general, the hotel's service does not match the environment, the environment does not match the price, and the price does not match the name 😂
