11340105****It is only a few minutes away from the train station, with a beautiful environment, a magnificent lobby, pleasant fragrance, clean and comfortable rooms, and beds of moderate hardness. Supervisor Huo and Manager Zhang came to visit and asked about my living experience. They also gave me a bathtub cover, toilet cover, free water, and a bath salt ball. They also introduced me to nearby delicacies. The service is super considerate. This hotel is worth recommending.

MMiakiFacilities: As it's an older hotel, the decor and style still reflect an older design. It could definitely use some partial renovation and upgrades.
Cleanliness: Pretty good. Both the public areas and guest rooms were cleaned quite thoroughly.
Environment: Parking was a bit inconvenient, but the location is excellent. I chose this hotel over New World and Marriott for its value for money, and also because I saw it had a play area for kids. Although there weren't many items, everything was new and exciting for a child under two, and they loved it! Plus, it was convenient to return here after spending time at K11.
Service: Absolutely outstanding! Having stayed at various types and levels of hotels due to my previous job, this was my first time at Wanxin, but the staff had an inexplicable warmth and genuine friendliness. It wasn't that fake, overly enthusiastic kind of service. The front desk was meticulous; I had called ahead to request a crib, and it was already set up when I checked in. The male and female staff at the swimming pool were both incredibly warm and attentive. Furthermore, I didn't even notice I had left my bracelet behind when checking out, but a lady named Rosy contacted me. She was polite and enthusiastic, helping me find a suitable way to retrieve my bracelet. I'm truly grateful! If I get the chance, I'll definitely recommend my friends book a room with Rosy! ^O^

GGuest UserThe service at the Renaissance Shenyang was excellent. The gentleman who greeted us on the first floor was incredibly welcoming and had a great memory. He even remembered my visit last year. Du Miao, the front desk clerk at the check-in counter, was particularly attentive. He proactively asked for my preferences and helped me adjust my lake view and upgrade my floor. Among Marriott's hotels, Sheraton feels more business-like, while Marriott offers traditional luxury. The Renaissance offers both luxury and personal touches, paired with excellent service that makes you feel right at home.
Some highlights:
1. There's a Starbucks coffee shop in the first-floor lobby, with discounts for in-house guests.
2. The bed was very comfortable and larger. Hotels like InterContinental are typically 1.1-1.2 meters wide, while the Renaissance's is 1.35-1.4 meters wide.
3. This hotel is a bit far from the city center and close to factories, so rates are higher Monday through Friday. Weekend discounts are available. If you're driving or have a car, this is a great value option.

AAnonymous UserSecond stay, just as good as before, the front desk and room service are good, free drinks and free supper during the May Day holiday, eight kinds of drinks are free in the room every day, very convenient. The room is also soundproofed, I didn't hear any noise from the next room for three nights, and I slept very well. The big bed I booked this time is not as big as the last time, it seems that the same room type, the last time was 2.5 meters, and there was no souvenir when I checked out this time, but overall it is still very good.

3300018****The room's surroundings are elegant, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The large indoor hot tub is operated by a light switch (it took me a while to find it!). We received welcome fruits, and the staff, noticing we had a child, provided extra blankets, several bottles of water, and children's toiletries. There's an electric shuttle service to and from the lobby. Our butler, Xiao Li, was excellent – communication was smooth, and he promptly registered our license plate for easy access. The breakfast was rich and better than what you'd typically find at a five-star hotel. However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. For a room costing over a thousand yuan per night, there's no mini-fridge, which is inconvenient for chilling fruits, medicine, yogurt, or cold drinks. 2. The restaurant service wasn't very enthusiastic. After ordering, they didn't proactively offer hot water, though they would provide it if asked. This falls short of what you'd expect from mainstream chain restaurants and hotels. We ordered two sugar pancakes for dinner that evening, but they never arrived, and neither we nor the staff remembered or reminded us – great.

LLunaQQEvery time I visit Shenyang, I stay at Longzhimeng. This time, I spent a few days at the Longzhimeng Hotel, and both the environment and service were excellent, providing great emotional value. The duty manager, in particular, was incredibly enthusiastic! The room size was also very generous, and the front desk ladies were all very gentle. A very satisfying stay, definitely recommended!

- Intimate service: the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room type, and Manager Zhao at the front desk gave welcome fruit. The housekeeper cleaned very carefully every day.
- Extra highlights: The night view from the room platform is super beautiful, and the freshly cooked noodles stall for breakfast is worth a try.

The hotel has a rich breakfast, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is good. The restaurant service is also very considerate. The gym has complete equipment and the swimming pool has clear water. You will feel refreshed after swimming.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserFor my first night in Shenyang, I chose this hotel. The room was quite spacious, but the bedding and duvet were all damp. They felt as if they had been put on before being completely dry. To make matters worse, even the pillow inserts were damp! The housekeeper offered to change them, explaining that it was due to Shenyang's seasonal humidity, and any replacements would likely be similar. As I had already put on my own disposable duvet cover, I decided not to bother with a change. I also asked about switching rooms, but she mentioned other rooms would probably be just as damp, so I just put up with it for the night. The next day, I switched hotels and experienced no dampness at all.
