My recent trip to Shenyang led me to the Hilton Shenyang, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel boasts a prime location on Youth Street, right in the heart of the Golden Corridor, making it incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the City Library Station on Metro Line 2, which offers easy access to Shenyang Station, Shenyang North Station, and popular attractions like Middle Street and the Shenyang Imperial Palace. Major shopping malls like MixC and Kerry Center are also right next door, making dining, shopping, and entertainment a breeze. Whether you're here for leisure or business, the location is truly hassle-free. The hotel lobby is grand and airy, with a modern, high-end design that creates a fantastic ambiance. My room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for peaceful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with consistent hot water and quality amenities. Plus, from my high-floor room, I could enjoy stunning night views of Shenyang – a truly satisfying stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Diana. She assisted me with check-in, and her attitude was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, with no long waits. She meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and offered helpful suggestions for getting around. Any questions I had were answered patiently and in detail. Her service was professional and thoughtful, and I could feel the genuine care in every detail, making me feel truly at home. From the excellent location and hardware facilities to the outstanding staff service, my entire stay was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're visiting Shenyang for tourism or business. I'll definitely choose the Hilton Shenyang again on my next visit!

I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and Vince, the manager at the front desk, went above and beyond by actively communicating with Ctrip (travel agency) to prevent me from losing a day's worth of fees. My sincere thanks to him! I stayed for two days, and it truly felt like a five-star experience in terms of facilities and service. From the bathroom fixtures to the room decor, everything was made with high-quality materials from its time. This old hotel has its own unique charm, and it's rare to see such consistent and diligent maintenance – something they've definitely achieved here. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and the restaurant was bright and spacious. I even took some pictures to remember it by. The hotel is close to Taiyuan Street, so there's an endless variety of local specialty foods to try. However, Taiyuan Street itself has lost a lot of its former glory compared to how it used to be.

Let's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor! Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

The hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact. I would like to talk about the service in detail: First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much! The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting! Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles... Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water? There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

Stayed here for one night as a stopover on a longer trip. It seemed like there were a lot of business travelers. My friend recommended this place because of heavy rain; it's right off the highway and less prone to flooding compared to other areas. The staff were all very professional and courteous, quick to address any requests. The doorman in the lobby was very friendly and greeted me proactively. My 12-year-old child received a complimentary breakfast upon check-in. The breakfast was quite plentiful, and the wontons and 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were delicious. The service staff were also very prompt in clearing tables. Some parts of the parking lot were under renovation, but there was still plenty of space. I didn't get my license plate scanned upon entry, but the security guard proactively lifted the barrier when I checked out. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room was still quite damp, so it probably needs a few more days to air out. The slippers provided were a bit uncomfortable. There are many dining options around the hotel, with a wide variety to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Huge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight.

I chose to stay at the Longemont Hotel Shenyang, and it was a really comfortable experience. The hotel is upscale and grand, with clean and cozy rooms. The front desk staff was very efficient and professional, which reduced my waiting time at check-in. Plus, there are many cultural and tourism attractions nearby, and the hotel's amenities are excellent, really anticipating guests' needs. The duty manager was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving an issue I had. I'm very satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I went there expecting a top-notch bathing experience, but I was sorely disappointed. First, let's talk about the room. I booked the last available tatami room. It was spacious enough, with an indoor hot tub, but no window. The ventilation system made a lot of noise when turned on, and even with the air conditioning set to the lowest, it still felt stuffy. The room included two hot spring tickets, valid until 6 PM the next day if you checked out before 10 AM. Breakfast was at the Breeze Restaurant in the villa area, priced at 119 yuan per person, and the quality was very poor. It opened at 7 AM, and when I arrived shortly after, they were still slowly putting out food. There weren't many options, but the most memorable was the bacon – just a few burnt-looking pieces on the plate, I couldn't tell if they were leftovers or just overcooked. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you might as well grab a quick bite, but otherwise, it's definitely not worth the price. The hot springs were very basic – no food, no drinks, and no fruit (I'd seen reviews mentioning occasional fruit, but I didn't see any). A bottle of plain water cost 8 yuan. I went on the afternoon of check-in, around 5 PM, and it was quite crowded. The next morning, it was even more so. In short, I won't be going back.

It was around 2am when we arrived at the hotel. There were a lot of people waiting to check in at the front desk. The hotel notified us that it was because the Ctrip backend was not turned off and was constantly accepting orders. There were also problems coordinating between the front desk staff who were checking in, and they opened the rooms that had already been checked in many times. The average check-in time for a customer was about 16 minutes. A customer argued with the front desk, and the front desk staff responded by saying, ”I'll refund your money, and you can stop staying.” I know it's not easy to work overtime in the early morning, but it's hard to accept this. The room is very large, and the facilities are basically high-end. Just as I was about to go to bed, a big cockroach came out of the big glass in the bathroom. I was afraid that my wife and children would be scared, so I cleaned it up quietly. In general, the hotel's service does not match the environment, the environment does not match the price, and the price does not match the name 😂
