I came to Shenyang with friends. The hotel is located upstairs on the pedestrian street, but it is not noisy at all. The hotel's hygiene, environment and front desk service are all ok.

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

Great Location, Some Communication Hurdles The location is very good, within easy walking distance to Zhongjie (中街), which is a major plus. The room was in good order, and the cleaning lady deserves special mention—she was very friendly, helpful, and did her job perfectly. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing. Communication was arranged via WeChat beforehand, but responses were not very responsive. This process seems more suited to locals who can easily make direct phone calls to sort things out, and it may not be the most foreigner-friendly experience. Overall, a good stay thanks to the prime location and excellent cleaning service, but be prepared for some communication challenges during arrival.

Super, super good! The room was exceptionally clean; the table, floor, and sink were all sparkling clean. I was truly amazed when I entered the room. The bed was also spotless, without any foreign objects or dirt. The room and bathroom had no unpleasant odors. Check-in was very convenient; just a key card and a password. The owner was very kind and even upgraded my room. It's quite close to the subway station, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby.

The store gave us a larger room on the first floor, which was very clean. Because it is very convenient to live on the first floor with the elderly. There are restaurants and convenience stores not far from the hotel. You can get there within 10 yuan by taking a taxi. Will come again next time.
