The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

The hotel delivered the exceptional Marriott standard perfectly, leaving absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service and accommodation. Here is what made our stay so memorable: * Prime Location & Views: Situated right by the Han River, the location is peaceful yet incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk to popular spots like the Han Market, the riverside promenade, and great local restaurants. The panoramic night views of the river and the city skyline from the room were absolutely breathtaking. * Room & Comfort: The room was spacious, spotless, and featured a beautiful modern design. The bed and pillows were incredibly plush, and excellent soundproofing ensured a deep, restful sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom and amenities were top-notch with A+ cleanliness. * Warm & Professional Staff: From the moment we checked in, the entire team was welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. They were patient, genuinely helpful, and communicated excellently in English, making our stay completely hassle-free. * Exceptional Breakfast Buffet: The morning buffet deserves a special shoutout! It offered a fantastic spread of authentic Vietnamese dishes (the Pho was outstanding), alongside Western classics, fresh fruits, and various pastries. The fitness center was also very clean and well-equipped. Monalisa luxury hotel is in the heart of tourist precint where everything you need is within reach. And it’s a stones throw away from the beach. I rate this hotel five stars in all aspects. As soon as you enter the hotel, you get the vibes! Our room is clean and decent size, and the rooftop swimming pool is my favourite! And, not to forget the best buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at V-Hotel Da Nang. What I loved most was the natural charm and historic character of the rooms. They felt unique and full of personality, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere rather than the typical modern hotel style. The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet resort-style street, which made the stay feel peaceful while still being conveniently close to everything. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel, there was a beautiful beach that felt completely different from the busier beach in the city centre. The beach was incredibly clean, much quieter, and had a far more relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying the sea without all the crowds. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic honestly, the best breakfast I’ve had so far during my trip! There was a great variety of delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start the day. And the pool on the third floor was simply divine! It was such a beautiful and relaxing space, perfect for cooling off, unwinding, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend V-Hotel Da Nang to anyone looking for charm, comfort, a peaceful location, a beautiful pool, an excellent breakfast, and easy access to a clean and relaxing beach.

This hotel is relatively new, so the interior is modern. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage until 6 PM, and they happily accommodated my request. The location is excellent; you can walk to the beach. The room had a washing machine and even laundry detergent. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to pick one minor issue, the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, but when I mentioned it, they said they would clean it that day, so I assume it's already resolved. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future.

The hotel room is very noisy! The reason for this is the balcony sliding door design, which is the same in all the rooms in the hotel, so the problem is the design not the individual room. The sliding door cannot be closed tightly, and there is a gap which lets the noise come through. Because of the old-style door design, nothing can be done to close the gap. My room was facing the sea, and there is a road in front of the hotel, but the traffic noise was not the main concern. The local people arrange beach events near the hotel, with loud music blasting every evening, and it lasts until 23pm and weekends even later than that. The other matter is street vendors on motorcycles, having loudspeakers to promote the food they sell. The food vendors drove around slowly, and often stop right in front of the hotel, with loudspeakers blasting the food service advertising lines, repeating on and one. The noise is very sharp and loud, and it is very loud when in the room too. Basically, I could not sleep in the room until the nightly beach party was over, and food vendors went back home very late around or after midnight. I could not sleep even when using ear plugs.

The room was very nice for my family with four adults. The two-bedroom corner suite was very comfortable with a perfect view. The breakfast has a variety of food choices and was very fresh. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and could speak English which made it easier to communicate. Grab taxis were easily available from this location. One. area where there could be some improvement is in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. It is understandable that staff need to clean up at the given time when the buffet ends. The restaurant does give a tolerance of about 30 minutes for guests to finish their breakfast, for food they have already taken before the closure time. However, staff can be more polite by not hovering near the guests putting pressure on them to eat quickly or pulling the plates before the guests have finished what's on their plates. To help restaurant staff as not coming across as a bit impolite and for guests to have a clear idea of the time they should vacate the restaurant, the hotel can put up a sign at the restaurant that states for example: ”Breakfast timing 7:00 - 10:00 am” ”All guests should vacate the restaurant by 10:15 am” Then at 10:15am staff can start cleaning the restaurant instead of pulling plates, sweeping and mopping when guests are still in the restaurant. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!

Very good. It's new, the environment is nice, clean and tidy, with an private bathroom, and the air conditioning is comfortable.

A good hotel with a convenient location. We stayed on the 12th floor and had a sea view from our window. The towels and bedding were new, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping and towel changes were done daily. There's a small but clean pool on the rooftop. However, unfortunately, there are cockroaches in the hotel, which really spoils the overall impression.

The hotel is really nice, all the facilites are top tier, the rooftop is nice (didn’t try the swimming pool tho) but what makes the difference is the staff! They are so genuine and helpful! They do everything to help you to have the best stay ! I was there just for 1 night (which is a shame) but if I come back to Danang I will definitely come back to Sofiana my Khe hotel ! Also they offered me a free feet massage which was incredible and super relaxing !!
