check-in online and in receipt said 3pm but at the hotel THU said it was 9pm and I was forced to pay extra $20-$25 USD to check in ‘early’ at 6pm

신축건물이라 시설이 특히 룸디자인이 왠만한 4성급 호텔보다 낫습니다.
침구류도 깨끗하고 호텔브랜드입니다.
주차는 선착순으로 하면 좋겠습니다.
1층과 지하가 있는자율주차위치가 선착순 자율이 아닌 강제합니다.
대실은 편리한 1층 숙박은 지하 (ㅡ ㅡ;)
고객에게 양해를 구하는게 아니고 강제합니다.
