Pullman Dali

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It's right on Erhai Lake with amazing views, especially from the executive lounge – it blows all the coffee shops outside out of the water. The happy hour in the evening, while a set menu, was delicious – light, tasty, and substantial enough to be a full dinner. The spa in the executive room was also noteworthy; the massage was very thorough. Our butler, King, provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. We stayed for two nights, and the service was fantastic from airport pickup to drop-off. When we couldn't make it to the executive lounge for dinner one night, they even packed it up and brought it to our room for us. I haven't encountered such a dedicated butler in a long time – he deserves a huge compliment! The drivers for the hotel's airport shuttle service were also very responsible. The 1799 executive package was definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Booked for two nights, and even before arriving, I already felt Judi's warm and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, I was even given a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch! 👍 The hotel has a distinct Chinese-style decor that feels very comfortable. The furnishings are also quite new and well-maintained. Lying on the small sofa by the window and gazing out at Erhai Lake was incredibly relaxing – this trip to Dali was all about enjoying the lake view and just chilling in the room. The mattress was very comfortable and stress-relieving, though I personally prefer memory foam pillows. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any outside noise, which was great. The complimentary tea box had some delicious tea, but the breakfast, by comparison, wasn't as impressive.

Giving a full five-star rating to Sissi, the front desk attendant! She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and thoughtful. After we connected on WeChat, she immediately shared the hotel layout and recommended nearby restaurants. When she heard our booked room didn't include breakfast, she kindly offered complimentary breakfast for two, making the last night of our Dali trip wonderfully happy. The room was very spacious, and our sea-view room faced Erhai Lake and Dali Port, where we could see boats docked along the shore. The hotel's city location made entertainment and dining very convenient. I also recommend the Sky Lounge upstairs—it's high-end, stylish, and impressive! 👍

The room was nice, the view was great, and the service was good. Overall, everything was excellent. The only downside was that the executive lounge didn't offer much food and it wasn't well displayed. It fell a bit short compared to other executive lounges.

Amazing experience! The pool was fantastic, with unbeatable sea views. The bathroom was spacious and functional, and the king-size bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable, with a great variety of bedding options. The service was incredibly thoughtful; they actively helped with luggage, provided fresh fruit upon arrival, and even gave a thoughtful gift upon departure. The entire stay was pleasant and attentive. Highly recommended! Our butler, Mia, was caring and attentive throughout.
