We booked Fraser Suites as the earlier hotel we booked did not met our expectations. We were glad that we found Fraser Suites on trip.com as it did not disappoint. The executive 2 room that we booked was super spacious and the family loves it. The beds were comfortable. As the hotel was just beside a mall, line 2 subway, it was super convenient. There is also a 24 hour Lawson convenience shop. My little boy caught a fever on the third day. We approached the front desk in the morning and Ms Doris Gao helped us to order some medication and got it delivered to us in time. She was very helpful and also checked in with us on my little boy condition. We would also like to thank Aunty Amy Jiang who helped us kept the room clean and nice everyday. We appreciated her attentiveness very much. All in all, glad to have found Fraser Suites Dalian. We will book this hotel again when we visit Dalian next summer.

This was my first experience to stay on this hotel, i just checked out hotel today and until now (it has been 2 hours and more i haven't received my deposit back) i called customer service 3 times and they are so busy, they cannot handle it fast, this kind of service is so bad, why they hold my deposit so long, i don't know the reason At first i arrived at hotel, they provided us room which has bad smell (like no one ever stays in the room) ,then they changed the room to other room I found pillow in the room is kind of pillow for hotel with 2 star instead of 5 star, really not comfortable, then the dust under the bed and sofa, it is really dirty like they never clean dust under the bed and sofa Those all my concern, and i think i will not come back to this hotel ever again and will not recommend to my friend

The second hotel facilities are old, but this is not a problem for our family. The flaws are not concealed. It is good to have a smart toilet. The TV is a bit old and the light control is not easy to use. The third breakfast is OK, dinner is a fixed set meal, the Liao ginseng in the set meal is real, but the other general, the content of the set meal should change. I ate dinner once, and I drove out for dinner. There is no restaurant nearby, there is a convenience store at 8:30 in the morning and 6:30 in the evening, there are many people. Self-driving tour is suitable for this hotel. 🙅🏻 It is really inconvenient to drive. It is not far from the charm of the sea, but I did not go. It is not far from the tiger beach. From the south gate of the scenic spot, go along Binhai East Road and walk to the tiger beach. The scenery along the way is beautiful. In short, if you like quiet and garden style for self-driving tours, there are few good choices for swimming in the sea. If you don't drive and like modern facilities and net red hotels, don't come. There are too many people going to the beach during the day, and we all go to the sea at four o'clock in the afternoon.
