"The decor is really outdated; it definitely doesn't look like it was renovated in 2023. Plus, there are so many guesthouses in one building, it feels very disorganized. The view outside the window is indeed nice, but with two large beds, the room feels cramped. The hotel is close to Venice Water Town, but apart from the restaurants inside the attraction, there are hardly any other local restaurants. Overall, I don't think it's worth the price."

Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. "Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need.
Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore!
Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical!
Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky."

You'll understand! The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the ocean view from the balcony—fishing boats, blue sky, and shimmering sea. I finally understand the joy of waking up to the sunrise!
The service deserves special praise: from check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly attentive. They responded instantly to any questions, truly making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was amazing, with freshly made hot meals and fresh fruit—I was stuffed!
Transportation and parking were so convenient:
• The parking lot is right downstairs, and the accommodation covers the overnight parking fee (normally it's 10 yuan per visit), saving me a lot of money!
• The subway station is less than 300 meters away, so getting around to attractions is no problem at all!
The room has a gentle, retro style, the bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the natural light in the living room and bedroom is amazing—the sunshine in instantly brightens my mood! I really don't want to leave after staying here for a few days, and I'm already planning to stay here again next time I come!

The B&B is located at Dalian Fisherman's Wharf, directly opposite the sea. The first floor is a breakfast restaurant + coffee bar, and the second floor is a B&B. The overall accommodation is very retro and very photogenic.
The environment is super good. I stayed in a triple room for two nights and a quadruple room for one night. The price is fair and reasonable! I came before May Day so there weren't that many people.
The big bed in the room faces the sea, it has a duplex structure, dry and wet separation, clean bedding, and it is pet-friendly! ! ! I brought a kitten and a puppy. My dog is very well behaved and doesn't bark. The staff will also take care of the kittens and puppies.
Travel photography at the pier: I especially want to praise the travel photography! The retouching is super natural, I’m not even wearing any makeup! The photos you took of me look really good. I’ll give you five for free! Posting to Moments is especially chill
Service: The breakfast is very good, and the best way to describe it is clean! The wontons are freshly made by the old man, the noodles are all hand-rolled, the shrimp paste is especially delicious, and the Italian meat sauce is not bad either! I want to praise the coffee, the Americano and latte are very pure~

The best part was that we arrived at 11 am because our room wasn't available yet, so we were just looking around the neighborhood. The receptionist called to let us know we could check into another room and even upgraded our room for free! The service was incredibly thoughtful. GGuest UserThis is our second time here. The sea-view room offers a stunning vista. We booked for six consecutive nights this time, and since it was off-peak season, the price was almost half of what it would be in July or August. The beach is right outside, making it super convenient for kids to dig in the sand and explore for marine life. It's June now, and the water is still a bit chilly, so younger kids might not be able to swim. However, the sun is quite strong; my skin got sunburned after just a few days of playing. After that, I made sure to wear long sleeves, long pants, and plenty of sunscreen. If your child rolls around in the sand, make sure to wash their hair thoroughly when you get back to the hotel. My child didn't cooperate with washing, and later that night, I felt sand all over under him! 🤣

JjessicassBecause the competition was in the development zone, we booked a seaside hotel close to the venue. The sea view room has a panoramic view, but it's a bit sunny. The hotel is very close to Tongniuling, and there is a celebrity check-in wall where you can take pictures (if you don't want to walk, you can take a car up there). Above the hotel is a seafood restaurant, and the seafood is delicious. I thought it was very cheap on the first day, but later I went to eat in the city and found that it was still charged at the tourist price, which is not cheap in the local area. The hotel is fully intelligent, with a Xiaozhi system, but it seems that it can only open and close the curtains and turn on and off the TV. It is recommended to upgrade the system. I wanted to let Xiaozhi play some music, but it was stupid and couldn't operate it. Overall, it's not bad. The front desk lady is kind and can help solve problems. Finally, she gave us the hotel's special dried fish, thank you!

GGuest UserTraveling during off-peak season, this hotel offers incredible value for money. The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for kids to go crabbing. The service is also excellent; it's so much better than the unhelpful one next door! A big thank you to 'Eason' (Chen Yixun) who brought us plenty of water when he saw we had a large group – it felt great to have all our requests met. There was also a very handsome manager who gave the kids fun toys. Overall, it provided a wonderful vacation experience. The hamburger and fish and chips were also great and very popular with the children.
On the first floor, there's even a DJI drone available for a test flight, which the kids loved.
The only downside is that because it's so close to the sea, the bedding can be a bit damp. If you're traveling with small children, you might want to bring your own sheets.

The hotel's location is superb; I could see the vast ocean right from my window. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sunset glow in the evening was breathtaking, offering expansive views and a wonderful ambiance.
The room itself was spotless and tidy, with a fresh and elegant decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were complete, with stable hot water supply in the bathroom and all necessary toiletries provided. The staff were warm and friendly, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully. They handled inquiries about travel and luggage storage with great care.
The surrounding area offers convenient access for sightseeing; it's not far from seaside attractions, making walks and exploring very easy. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dalian.

The lobby is clean and grand, the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The room is spacious, with a well-lit desk and complete office facilities. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great feature. The cleaning staff were prompt with daily tidying, and replenished amenities were always well-stocked. Maggie and Adam from the concierge provided professional and polite service throughout; they were quick to respond to calls for any needs and handled issues efficiently. The surrounding area has excellent amenities including supermarkets and convenience stores. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to Sunasia Ocean World, and just a few minutes' walk from Xinghai Bathing Beach, Xinghai Square, and Xinghai Park – truly a prime spot. The hotel itself looks quite upscale, and Xiao Yao kept our room very clean and tidy. The afternoon tea is a buffet, which is much more substantial than the usual one-dessert-and-one-drink offering. The bathroom had instant hot water with excellent pressure. We were very happy with all of that. A couple of things could be improved: the power outlet on the desk was quite loose, and overall there weren't enough power outlets in the room. Also, while the elevator is unique, you do have to wait a bit longer when it's busy.
