房間挺大的，也適合親子家庭居住，但是衞生和服務真的嘛嘛西西，用的一次性物品質量也是一言難盡，浴巾很小，毛巾衹能用來擦手！絕大多數酒店都可以延到2點鐘退房，但是他們不可以，因為飛機臨時改時間延遲了2小時，特殊情況下跟酒店商量能不能到2點退房竟然是不可以，説是要就保潔阿姨下班的時間？？？都不是以客人為中心，12點半保潔阿姨直接來打掃衞生，意思讓我們走？！！呵呵噠！！！服務做到這個份上也是牛掰了！價格與服務完全不成正比，不會再做第二次選擇！！！

網上預訂的80平的全海景房間619元，到住宿處後給的房間也就50平，還不是全海景房，衹有一個角能看到點海，預約價也就500多。讓老闆給更換其説沒有房間了，要是不同意就退房吧，今天這房型賣800多。很明顯是掛羊頭賣狗肉，照片與實際照片差異大，枕頭都是哈喇油味，床軟的跟掉坑裡一樣，妥妥的騙子。

衞生：衞生超級乾淨，出行最討厭廁所有味道的 這家一點點異味都沒有
服務：老闆服務態度特別特別特別好 小區也是高檔小區 停車還免費
地理位置優越去哪都很方便 來大連就住她家 絕絕子 半夜投影儀整不明白了 老闆特意過來整的 必須五星好評。直接無腦訂就完事了

總體來説一般奧 拐彎抹角的很難找 電梯也很不方便 開空調也不涼 孩子熱的老是醒 樓下也沒有早餐店

老闆免費幫我倆升級了雙大床房 投影幕布也特別大而且有視頻會員 很多電視都可以隨便看 但是距離海還是有一段距離的 能看到星海大橋但是這個價格你要想離海特別近也不可能 衞生和設施方面其他都特別好一次性馬桶墊牙刷洗衣機一應俱全 但是剛進去床邊有半個雞爪的塑料包裝袋 能接受所以沒和老闆提 希望能在打掃衞生方面再仔細一點

帶孩子一家四口入住的環境很新很好，屋子很敞亮孩子也喜歡，窗外就是跨海大橋去星海廣場也很近，周邊美食也不少，停車太方便了，體驗感很好，服務態度也好，跟老闆説得後半夜到也説沒關係，房間配套挺全還有洗手液
