We came to this area of the city for just one day and stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff is very friendly and polite, we were immediately offered a hot drink because it was very cold outside. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is varied.

I booked the hotel without knowing the location of the hotel. The hotel is far away from the center of the city, it won’t be a good choice for people who want to tour around in the city. When I found out how far the hotel was away from the tourist attractions , I was frustrated and stressed. Instead of getting the help and information I needed in that situation, the female staff at the reception with glasses was not helpful or friendly. Instead she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She certainly indicated that no further information would be forthcoming. Otherwise, the hotel itself was clean and modern.

This hotel is definitely a 5 star . It's near all restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English fluently. The rooms are spotless clean . There's a playground for small kids, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi . It is very convenient for a holiday if you are traveling .

Due to business needs, there are many hotels in Jinpu New District, but this one is the best, no doubt about it. It's always a pleasure to see each other! The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is rich. Thanks to the front desk staff for their thoughtful service!

Worthy of Wyndham's reputation, I had no intention of visiting the Wanda Plaza next door. The attentive service of the front desk and the meticulous cleaning of the housekeeping were satisfactory. If I have the opportunity to come to Dalian again, this hotel will be my only choice. I have visited the hotel from top to bottom in seven days. The price-performance ratio is super high. The bakery downstairs is open at 10 o'clock every day, and the smell of bread has been wafting outside. Of course, there is no room for improvement. The bathing service on the first floor of the basement is beyond reproach, but I prefer to soak in the bathtub compared to the facilities in the hotel. The number of breakfast options is slightly small. As a member of Ctrip, I hope Wyndham can get better and better. Continue to lead Dalian in service quality!

The facilities are very clean, especially the corners. The room facilities are also complete. There is also a public laundry room. The room is very spacious and the price is not high. When I was buying something at the convenience store in the hotel, I lost my key there. The front desk lady Zheng helped me find it and called a car to send the key to the airport. The accommodation environment of the hotel is also nothing to say. The room is large and well-structured. The bathroom is particularly spacious and bright. The bedding is clean and hygienic. There is also a 24-hour gym on the second floor, as well as a self-service laundry room, which is really convenient. The parking lot is super large, and there are many cars in the entire backyard. It is only a ten-minute walk to Jinzhou's commercial district, and the shopping plaza pedestrian street is so convenient. It is really worth staying in such a hotel at this price. Very nicely located and well equipped hotel with plentiful of activities for the little ones. We had a family room and our toddler loved it from the first moment she saw the slide in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer.
