⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Beyond Expectations We had a wonderful experience at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel during our transit in Dalian. As we were travelling with a young child, several large pieces of luggage, and a late-night flight, we were quite concerned about the transfer arrangements. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to make our journey smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger) for their exceptional service and hospitality. They recognised our family's needs immediately and kindly arranged the airport shuttle service for us late at night. They also assisted us with our luggage all the way from the airport to our hotel room with great care and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our travel experience. The seamless airport transfer and warm hospitality allowed our family to relax after a long journey. My wife was particularly impressed by the level of service provided. Although the hotel facilities may be comparable to a good airport hotel, the service standard is truly at a 5-star level. Being associated with China Southern Airlines, the hotel clearly demonstrates a high standard of hospitality and customer care. We would also like to thank the front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and the entire hotel team for their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you as well for the lovely China Southern Airlines souvenir airplane keychain, which brought a big smile to our little one. Thank you once again to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger), and the entire team for making our stay in Dalian such a pleasant and memorable one. You truly made the day for our small family. I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was efficient and quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. I especially loved the smart voice assistant in the room; just saying ”Hampton Hampton” would control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which was convenient and felt high-tech. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the comfort level was high. It's a great place to stay for travel, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing it again next time.

Service: There's a shuttle service, but you have to share it with a lot of people. Environment: The environment is quite clean, and the suite is very spacious. However, the breakfast isn't good and there's not much variety. Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable, and the bedding is relatively clean. Facilities: Well-equipped.

The room was clean [5 stars]. Great location, super easy to get a taxi [swirl emoji x4]. The front desk staff had a good attitude [strong emoji x3]. It's very close to the airport [celebration emoji x4], making it my top choice for business trips [fireworks emoji x4].

The decor is stylish and unique, and the items are relatively clean. The location offers convenient transportation and amenities. It's just a short turn west and then north from Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport. Downstairs, there are barbecue places, stir-fry restaurants, hot pot, breakfast shops, and supermarkets. Because it's in a residential area, the prices are geared towards locals, so they're very affordable. The Northeastern barbecue is delicious, but some stir-fried dishes can be a bit salty if they add too much soy paste.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I always enjoyed the room, the size is luxurious, the toilet is very clean and the Sealy bed gives me comfort. The room overlooks a running track it’s always quiet. The breakfast serves a luxury spread and if you’re too lazy to walk cross the road for dinner, the hotel has a bar and restaurant, serves nice beer and western food. It’s also 650m walk to the nearest metro and 1km to the airport. It has an airport shuttle too! Great price, great location and great service. Bestest airport hotel I ever stayed 👍👍👍

I've stayed here multiple times now, and the front desk lady always gives me a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which makes for a very comfortable stay. She's so friendly and talkative, her service is top-notch, and it really feels like coming home. The room facilities and environment are great, with no unpleasant odors. I highly recommend staying here!

The facilities are complete and new, the stock clerk service is good, and the room has been upgraded.

The only drawback was that the hot water only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. Otherwise, everything was quite good. The location was convenient, the light rail wasn't noisy, and I had a very pleasant stay.
