⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Beyond Expectations We had a wonderful experience at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel during our transit in Dalian. As we were travelling with a young child, several large pieces of luggage, and a late-night flight, we were quite concerned about the transfer arrangements. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to make our journey smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger) for their exceptional service and hospitality. They recognised our family's needs immediately and kindly arranged the airport shuttle service for us late at night. They also assisted us with our luggage all the way from the airport to our hotel room with great care and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our travel experience. The seamless airport transfer and warm hospitality allowed our family to relax after a long journey. My wife was particularly impressed by the level of service provided. Although the hotel facilities may be comparable to a good airport hotel, the service standard is truly at a 5-star level. Being associated with China Southern Airlines, the hotel clearly demonstrates a high standard of hospitality and customer care. We would also like to thank the front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and the entire hotel team for their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you as well for the lovely China Southern Airlines souvenir airplane keychain, which brought a big smile to our little one. Thank you once again to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger), and the entire team for making our stay in Dalian such a pleasant and memorable one. You truly made the day for our small family. Service: There's a shuttle service, but you have to share it with a lot of people. Environment: The environment is quite clean, and the suite is very spacious. However, the breakfast isn't good and there's not much variety. Hygiene: The hygiene is acceptable, and the bedding is relatively clean. Facilities: Well-equipped.

An excellent choice if taking a flight from nearby Dalian Airport and want a reliable, clean place to stay. Not only a budget friendly option but a hotel brand with chic style and amenities that cover all needs. We like the welcome tea on arrival, little play area for kids, late night complimentary porridge/buns, and a good breakfast. Robot room service is fun novelty and you get a free mini bar with soft drinks and crackers. The hotel brand is popular across China.

The decor is stylish and unique, and the items are relatively clean. The location offers convenient transportation and amenities. It's just a short turn west and then north from Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport. Downstairs, there are barbecue places, stir-fry restaurants, hot pot, breakfast shops, and supermarkets. Because it's in a residential area, the prices are geared towards locals, so they're very affordable. The Northeastern barbecue is delicious, but some stir-fried dishes can be a bit salty if they add too much soy paste.

Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive until after 1 AM. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even upgraded us to a suite. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a self-heating, automatic-flushing toilet, and even a washing machine. I rushed off and forgot a t-shirt, but the front desk called me to remind me. The breakfast is a buffet, with a great variety of nutritious options (millet porridge, black rice porridge, milk, soy milk, stir-fried dishes, steamed carrots, pumpkin, and potatoes, boiled eggs, tea eggs, sausages, popcorn chicken, fries, toast, cookies, and cereal). My kids especially loved the sausages and fries. I only took a picture of the outer room, but there's also a double bed and a bathroom in the inner room.

Great value for money, and I absolutely loved it! It has a huge projector, but most importantly, the bed is incredibly soft. It's right downstairs from Wanda Apartments, in the snack street. Don't hesitate to book if you're thinking about it!

During the summer vacation, I caught up with a meeting at the University of Science and Technology, and the surrounding hotels were fully booked. Booked a standard room in advance. The rooms are clean and spacious, the decoration is simple and refreshing, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is very stable. The price is very high. I originally lived in Jinshitan. I didn’t want to get up early because I had to catch the early flight and I was afraid of traffic jams. I stayed here one night in advance. The room was very clean and there was no smell. The girl at the front desk had a good service attitude. I forgot to ask the name. Master Yang who sent the plane was also very good. I made an appointment to drop off at 7:30. Departing on time, I feel like I have arrived at the airport in three minutes. I got up at 6:30 and had breakfast at the hotel. Not only did I have tofu brains and Dalian cherries. I can also come here to catch the early flight in the future.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The room decor was simple yet clean, and the setup was cozy and comfortable. The bed was soft and tidy, and the lighting was gentle, making for a very relaxing rest. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including zongzi, pastries, side dishes, and eggs, all of which were delicious and made for a very pleasant start to the day. The entire environment was very well-maintained and clean, with good natural light and an open view from the window. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and short vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
