Hotels in Zhongshan District, Dalian

The room was quite spacious, and although it's not a new hotel, it had everything I needed, offering great value for money. It's close to Old Street and the Dashang Yintai shopping center. A big thank you to the staff for accommodating my request for a late checkout until 2 PM!

Facilities: Well-equipped, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances all in good working order and easy to use. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned on time daily and promptly replaced towels and other items. Environment: The hotel is located opposite Donggang Venice Water Town, close to the seaside. You can enjoy beautiful night views of the sea right from your room. Service: Someone accompanied us during check-in, provided a detailed hotel introduction, and informed us of important notices. They answered all our questions thoroughly and attentively. It was a very satisfying trip!

Business queen room is the best type of room, will only choose that one next time I stay there, other types of rooms are too small especially if you travel with two suitcases or need a table to work. (Romantic queen room for example too small, but still somehow cozy. Walking distance from Zhongshan square subway, a buliding where a lot of young people live, vibrant city energy although the facilities are old, not renovated, drains are a bit slow. Washing machine and you need to have your hangers if you wash clothes The hotel could provide more hangers and tea or coffee The best part is the price and location, 10min walking distance from Nanshan lu, 10min walking to zhongshan square The type of room also determines the view from the window, the cheapest one offers the view to the other building, the bit more pricy offers one or two windows with a great view of the city. The hotel is in the tallest building in that area, literally a tower, but rooms are on floors 8 and 9 which also provides great view. I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The hotel enjoys a great location with convenient transportation. There are supermarket and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. Check‑in was fast and efficient. The front‑desk staff Eric were warm, polite and patient, ready to answer all my questions with thoughtful service. The room was spotlessly clean and well‑tidied. The bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with steady hot‑water supply. Good sound insulation ensured a quiet night for rest. Dalian is beautiful.I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay without any unpleasant issues. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to this city！

Excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk from Dalian Station, located in an apartment building above a shopping mall. There are other malls nearby, a pedestrian street (lively but not overcrowded), a large supermarket, and convenience stores. The Youhao Square subway entrance is a two-minute walk away, and it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the Qingniwa business district (Dalian Old Street/Intime/Pavilion). The room was on a high floor with many fast elevators, bright and offering great views. It was spacious with good facilities and lighting. For me, it would have been perfect with the addition of a writing/reading desk. At 87 yuan a night with various Ctrip discounts, I'm very satisfied.

You can walk to Zhongshan Square, and a short taxi ride will get you to Venice Water Town and various shopping malls for just the starting fare. Whether you're sightseeing by the sea or buying local specialties, it's very easy. The subway station isn't far either, offering convenient public transport options. The room was clean and tidy with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided. Housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, with no unpleasant odors. The room offered ample space, and facilities were well-maintained. Hot water supply was stable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered all our questions, providing attentive and thoughtful service. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making meals very convenient. Staying here with elderly parents and children meant we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth, saving a lot of commuting time. Whether we were heading out during the day or returning after watching the Donggang fountain show at night, getting back to the hotel was always a breeze. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and our stay was peaceful and comfortable. If I visit Dalian again, I'll definitely prioritize this hotel, and I recommend it to all friends traveling to Dalian.

I chose the Yunqi Hotel Apartment through Trip.com. It's quite easy to find, right next to the supermarket. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in. The room looked exactly like the pictures online. I was on the 12th floor, so the natural light was good and it was pretty quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room is quite big and new, very clean, the breakfast is very rich and delicious; the service attitude is good, the location is good, it is not far from where to go, the nightlife downstairs is very rich. Very good stay experience, next time I come to live here, economical and hygienic.

The room is spacious and well-designed. The ground-floor room comes with a lovely private courtyard where you can sit or lie down, facing the sea which is just 100 meters away – truly a perfect 'staring-at-the-sea' room. You can even walk directly from your courtyard in your bikini to go beachcombing or swimming. There are plenty of complimentary snacks in the room. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
