We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. It is right in the hotel yard. You need to go to the front desk to register your license plate number, and you can enter and exit as you like. There is also a security uncle. He is very responsible. The hotel I booked is in the city center, very close to Labor Park, just across the street. The flowers in the park are in full bloom, very beautiful. I booked a city twin room, which was clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk reception was also very enthusiastic, and I will choose it again next time.

特意趁暑假快過完領媽媽錯峯出遊，預訂的時候康養和花園這兩個名字打動了我，到店後發現我的選擇果然沒錯。首先，地理位置很優越，離海邊很近，走路過去十來分鐘，長者能接受，並且酒店門口的公交車可直達付家莊，銀沙灘，森林動物園，老虎灘，東港，青泥窪橋，火車站等地方，對於不太捨得花錢打車的長者很方便。再就是房間的設備實施對長者特別友好，馬桶淋浴的牆上都有扶手，床頭和洗手間都配有呼叫器，滿滿的細節。還有超大的露台，走出房門就被青山環繞的感覺太好了。床墊軟硬適中，配有兩個蕎麥枕頭，太難得了，原本還擔心長者睡不慣軟床墊軟枕頭。酒店從前廳到客房到餐廳所有的服務人員都特別熱情，因為是庭院型的酒店，地形相對比較複雜，但走到哪裡都有服務人員熱心的指引和幫忙提東西。超級棒的體驗，老媽對這次安排的出行讚不絕口，因為價錢也在她的心趴上（由於我們是酒店開業第二天入住的，前台看我帶着長者直接給我們升級到出行很方便的一號樓露台房）。因為一個酒店愛上一座城市，有機會還會再來！

(West Point is not good, the variety is less used) Disadvantages: 1. The toilet has a smell and the cleaning is not thorough. The toilet paper is of poor quality and has a smell. 2. The taste of the decoration is still obvious, especially when I checked in on the first day, it was stronger in the next few days. I don’t know if it was because of the window ventilation or my nose was adapted: (3. The small refrigerator in the room is a display and not cooling. Overall, if you come on vacation next time, Would still like to live here.

The hotel is located in the north of Yinshatan Park, with a garden-style garden. Although the decoration is old, except for the carpet, the facilities are well maintained. But there is a musty smell in the room, but fortunately there is a balcony and the window can be opened. The swimming pool is very good, the water temperature is high, suitable for children. The service staff is friendly. The breakfast is average. If I have time to come to Dalian next time, I will still be happy to stay if the price is right.

Our room was upgraded at the reception to Suit Room for free because we traveled with kids. The hotel is very nice, the design of room is cozy and relaxing. The stuff is really friendly, there was manager who spoke in English very well. He was professional and very kind. He made our stay comfortable. Chinese breakfast could be improved and include some European dishes.
