Heritance Kandalama
"Nice service and great view! Specially in the early morning, standing on the terrace waiting for the sun rises, magnificent landscape view and colorful scenery. The decoration and facilities in the room have great taste too."
The Paradise Dambulla
"I stayed at Paradise Dambulla for one full week, and honestly, I can say this property’s biggest strength is its people. I have travelled quite a bit, but the warmth, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by the staff here is something very special. It never felt artificial or forced. Every single day, the team made the experience comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. Special thanks to Nikesha, Waruna, and Feros from the Front Office Department, Tharusha from Housekeeping, and the amazing F&B team including Damith, Lahiru, Thanuja and Dhanushka. Each of them created such a positive impression during my stay. A very special mention must go to Ranga, the F&B Manager. He is truly an asset to the hotel. Had a lovely small talk. An all rounder, highly professional, always attentive, and at the same time a genuinely kind gentleman who seems to support every department whenever needed. You can clearly see the teamwork among the staff, and I believe that is one of the main success stories behind this hotel. The rooms were excellent, the atmosphere peaceful, and the location itself is beautiful and relaxing. During the entire week, I genuinely could not point out a single bad experience. Paradise Dambulla should be proud of its people because they are the real highlight of this property and the reason guests will return again and again. Most definitely visiting again soon. Highly recommended!"
Eden Grand
"It's a little far from the city center, about 100 meters from the main road. I was using Google Maps to get there, but I took a wrong turn and had to ask a local for directions. Looking again, there's a hotel sign on a utility pole at the corner, so please refer to that. In terms of facilities, it's equipped with a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, and air conditioner, and the TV has good picture quality. Coffee, tea, and two bottles of water are also provided, making it well worth the price. (It's probably a new building, so there are few gaps, and hardly any flies or ants got in.) As for the food, breakfast is a mix of Sri Lankan and English style, with good taste and quantity. Combined with the facilities, it offers better value than other hotels in the same price range, so I recommend it. The owner's family was also very kind. ka"
Jetwing Lake
"This amazing hotel is a hidden gem. We got a great discounted price thru Trip.com and ended up adding dinner. The food was amazing, so much to choose from, and great quality. As a swimmer, I really appreciated the 72 metre pool (U kid you not)!"
Amaya Lake Dambulla
"We stayed for 2 nights at Amaya and we loved it. Food was good and so was the service. Staff were polite and nice."
Sigiriya Kingdom Resort
"Everything about the stay here was perfect from start to finish. The hospitality of the staff at this resort is unmatched. They will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay"
SigiriyaJungles Resort & Spa
"Wonderful experience! Great place, great location. All the staff so cute and professional. Special thanks to Gimhana!!"
Sigiriya Forest Edge By Marino Leisure
"The room was very comfortable, with a pleasant, light woody aroma. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, though the hot water was a bit cold after showering. Overall, however, I was very satisfied."
Pelwehera Village Resort
"Really nice experience, the place is like a sweet dream. Rooms are confortable, as big as needed and realy clean. You will literally walking up in a small cosy jungle. Not too far from cities, walks and interesting places. Around 1h walking to the first city but every shops and sellers on the way make feels shorter. Bus and tuktuk are easy to acces and cheap. Now, the greatest point, the service. It's feel like a custom made. Each team membres doing his best to carrying. They just don't know how make you feel unique, you are unique. Cocktails and drinks are cheap and taste really good. They propose a good choise of drinks and foods, good taste and not too much. Thanks again to Gamini, Same and all team membres of carrying us and our daughter."

Jetwing Vil Uyana, A Luxury Reserve
"We are writing this while sitting at the beautiful breakfast lounge - the breeze, the view and the fantastic service from Ravindra. Sri Lanka never disappoints and Vil Uyana is a new gem we have discovered that we will love coming back to. The idea of having one host taking care of your entire stay is a great idea, and that was Ravindra for us, calm, gentle and ever so helpful. Thank you for making our stay great. The rooms are great, and the room location is pristine. Loved our stay, the food , the service and overall hospitality"
Amba Yaalu - Thema Collection "The First Women-LED Hotel in Sri Lanka"
"A quiet hotel with a mango orchard. The food is varied, from tasty to very spicy, so be careful. Don't bother with the spa; they don't know how to give massages at all. Monkeys were running around on the roof at night, making some noise. We didn't see any elephants. Otherwise, everything was great."
Pinthaliya Resort
"The location is great to visit the main sites of the Cultural Triangle. The hotel is very quiet in a lush green property where you can see many birds and monkeys. The staff is very helpful and the food is great ! The room is very clean and spacious. I recommend !"
Kalundewa Retreat
"Very satisfying experience"
Freedom Village
"An enjoyable two nights spent here. Very pleasant landscaping- trees and foliage. The rooms were roomy, comfortable with mosquito nets, tea and coffee facilities, wi fi access. Sanjeevani and her team made us the most delicious breakfasts- a wide assortment of Lankan food (stringhoppers, roti, godamba, pancake, toast, curries and sambols, fruit salad). Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool (after climbing Dambulla and Sigiriya ) it was nice to return to a cool and quiet place. Will we return again? Absolutely. Any suggestions? Please no air fresheners in the rooms."
Pahana Village Sigiriya
"Beautiful, relaxing, cozi, in the middle of the nature, clean and very friendly owners, modern bungalow, but also traditional furniture, great fresch made breakfast, delicious rice and mango honey heart, 💞 loved it . thanks for your help with my gluten and dairy issues! Certainly a place to raccomand!🫶🫶"

Sigiri Holiday Bungalow
"Stayed for one night: - good WiFi -helped with Tuk tuks to Sigiriya rock - nice Pool - good food (ordered koththu from the menu see picture) - good towels -ac working -friendly staff -breakfast was toast with omelette and fruits"
Amaara Forest Hotel Sigiriya
"This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel. This visit is better than our first visit. Elegant rooms with a picturesque view of the surrounding greeneries. The rooms are spacious. This hotel is a merely a jungle with the chalets secluded within the forest cover. Hence ideal for nature lovers like us. The Tree Tops is fantastic there. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They trusted us and reserved a room for us during the last long weekend (when we suddenly decided to go there and despite the online payment system did not work for us to give them an advance payment). Pool is small, but clean Food is OK to good, but tasty. The final question is can we recommend this place? YES"
Hotel Eden Garden
"My group is very much happy to come Hotel Eden Garden with 80 person, next time I definitely come again hear."

"Me & my husband visited the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary on January 2025. We both really enjoyed the stay. The hotel's geographical location was just wow with an amazing view at the restaurant area. The staff was really friendly & welcoming. This a must to visit if your planning to stay in Dambulla area✨☺️"
Sigiriya Rock Gate Resort
"First stay in our trip to Sri Lanka and it was amazing. The family were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast they provided was delicious and had a great view of Lion Rock. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Sri Lanka with locals to go here."
Camellia Resort and Spa -Sigiriya
"Very nice place. Bungalos like in forest. Very green area inside. I preferred the sexond flour. Food for dinner was nice especcially Wok."
Sigiri Hibiscus Villa
"We stayed here for 3 nights and what a lovely place to stay! The staff are very accommodating and will make sure you have everything you need to have the experience in Sigiriya! They offer trips and tours from the hotel which we didn’t know so booked separately but they came to the rescue when our second day tour was cancelled! The owner quickly got a service running to show us the ancient city of Polunuwara! The breakfast is lovely! We got a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast on our second day which was lovely and eggs, toast fruit etc the other days which was perfect for us! We did loose electricity one but this was due to the scared day and needing power elsewhere for celebrations! This was no problem as the owners made sure to have everything up and running for us by the time we returned from our first day trip! It is only a short walk to restaurants and the lake so is in the best spot! Would 100% recommend here to stay in sigiri!"
Seasons Villa Sigiriya, Sri Lanka
"Staying here has turned my precious Sigiriya experience into a disappointing memory. I wouldn't have written this much if it weren't for the last incident, but it was just awful. - When I arrived, the hotel was closed and I couldn't get in (my reservation had been forgotten). - As a result, my check-in was delayed and I missed dinner at the hotel. It cost me extra time to go shopping and the cost of a tuk-tuk. - The towels were covered in dust, so when I dried myself off, I was covered in dust again. - There was a cockroach in the bathroom. - Only cold water came out of the shower. - The hotel internet stopped working, so I couldn't use my computer. The last incident was especially disappointing. Even though I had paid in advance with my credit card, they insisted, "You haven't paid, so pay up!" They didn't believe my argument at all and I wasted about 30 minutes of my time. It was a real shame about my precious Sigiriya experience."
