Brand new hotel - very well decorated. Super clean and staff were helpful. Small snag with my air conditioning not working, but the manager addressed the issue. There was even one tv channel with English!

服務貼心滿分：前台接待熱情又高效，主動幫忙寄存行李，還貼心提醒周邊遊玩攻略 。遇到需求響應很快，有種被重視的感覺 。
房間舒適整潔：床品柔軟親膚，躺下瞬間卸下疲憊，房間打掃得一塵不染，乾濕分離的衞浴搭配品質洗護用品，細節拉滿 。
隔音效果超棒，晚上睡得格外安穩。

前廳副經理Rachel提前聯繫，瞭解需求，提前安排好房間，非常感謝，在入住期間遇到問題也能給予解決，酒店在居住邊上，比較安靜，到古城打車10元左右，還算方便，早餐中規中舉，大同特色少了一些，希望能增加一些。

雖然不在古城裡麪，距離也不遠，打車去也很方便，而且勝在安靜。房間乾淨舒適，早餐很豐盛，羊雜粉強烈推薦端一碗。接觸到的所有工作人員都禮貌熱情，服務特別好。辦理入住時主動提醒告知了接送站服務並安排好了離開時的車輛，得知有長者又特意給我們安排了既安靜又離電梯口不太遠的房間。算是一次滿意的入住，推薦給大家。
