The king suite was the perfect size for us to both work during the day. The breakfast was good. The staff was so nice and friendly. They had lots of room for congregating and working

Hotel front desk unhelpful. I felt like a criminal at this property. Breakfast was okay. The food they did have was good nothing at all to go on eggs or potato’s. And very few options. The little omelets they had were really good. If you’re hoping for an early check in don’t plan on it. I asked for one and they weren’t super helpful. Said they would call me at 12 or 1 when a room was ready. No one ever called. At 2:30 I went to ask again and they were checking people in to rooms. Just a little before 3 they let me check in. I’ve had hotels be really good about this. This ones was the worst by far. The pool is very small. The beds and linens I liked.

Transportation from airport to hotel was included, however when we arrived at the airport we called continuously for 30 minutes only to receive a busy signal. We had to pay for an Uber to get to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, bed was a king size fluffy mattress and pillows. They use Dove toiletries which I loved and big walk-in shower. My only complaint was the noisy air conditioner while we were sleeping. Parking is somewhat limited if you come in late and the ice maker that’s located only on floor 2 was not working. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again.

The elevator needs service. It makes a loud noise going up and down. Didn’t sleep well for the noise The staff was nice and enjoyed complimentary breakfast..

Overall we liked the hotel. Just had a few small things that were more annoying than anything. Our remote for the tv didn’t work so we got a new one from the front desk, and again still didn’t work. We were stuck watching cnn the whole night. There was only 1 towel to shower with, but 2 of us staying in the room, after going down to get a new remote once, we didn’t want to be annoying and then call for atleast another towel. We then grabbed food from the Waffle House that was just next door which was really nice, but there was only one chair at the table in our room, so that was also annoying. Again, place was nice, staff was nice… just a couple annoying things that could’ve been fixed easily I’m sure. Just didn’t feel like dealing with it, since we were just staying a few hours before catching our flight.
