The B&B owner was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. They contacted us in advance to confirm our itinerary, which was very thoughtful! Upon learning that it was our first time in the plateau, they thoughtfully provided oxygen tanks, which was truly touching! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the floor heating was excellent, keeping us warm even on cold nights.

The room was in a fantastic location, with Baima Snow Mountain across the street and Feilai Temple just downstairs. It was a truly memorable vacation experience. The cleanliness and amenities were excellent, with a heater and electric blanket, making the room very cozy. The owner and his family were incredibly kind. Not only did they cook delicious meals, they also provided thoughtful transportation to and from Feilai Temple. Our trip was truly unforgettable, and we'd love to come back again!

The breakfast is good. I didn't see it this time, so I'll leave it for next time. The boss will pick you up and take you to the observation deck. The room is quite big, which is good. I hope to see the snow-capped mountains and the golden mountain in the sun next time.

The boss waited for us patiently until after eleven o'clock in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was moderately soft and hard, good for the waist. The view outside the window is beautiful. There is an oxygen concentrator in the store. The sunrise over Jinshan Mountain is very close, which is suitable for friends who are prone to altitude sickness. The room is very good and relatively clean. This is my second time staying in this B&B. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, just eat enough to fill your stomach. It is very close to the viewing platform of Meili Snow Mountain. In the morning, the owner of the B&B will arrange a car to take you to the viewing platform.

This was the most disappointing hotel of my Shangri-La trip. The location was also quite far; just a heads-up, the hotel is in a different direction from the viewpoint. I recommend booking near the viewpoint. Here are some problems I encountered: 1. No shower gel or shampoo in the shower. 2. I contacted them online beforehand to ask if they could pick me up from the station and take me to the hotel, but no one replied and I couldn't reach them. 3. We arranged a wake-up call and a ride to the viewpoint for the sunrise at 6:50 am the next day, but no one woke me up at 7:00 am. When I went downstairs to ask if they could take me to the viewpoint, the hotel staff said they had something to do and couldn't, telling us to walk there ourselves. 4. Breakfast was included in the hotel service, but I didn't get to drink it. 5. They called me after I checked out, probably to avoid a bad review; I didn't even bother answering the phone. I've never seen such a dishonest hotel with such poor service.

Facilities: The room is equipped with common equipment such as TV and humidifier, as well as hydroxyl ion oxygen generator, ******* fireplace, etc. The hotel also provides 24-hour hot water. Hygiene: The room is very clean, even the glass in the bathroom is very clean Environment: The hotel environment is very good. Feilai Temple is downstairs and Baima Snow Mountain can be seen opposite. Service: The boss and the clerk were very enthusiastic and kept helping with the luggage

Disclaimer: The dissatisfaction with the facilities was due to a problem with the oxygen concentrator (not the hotel owner's own). The room is nice, facing the snow-capped mountains. The only thing is that the oxygen concentrator is of poor quality. You need to scan the code and pay before it can run. I scanned for 12 hours, but it broke in less than an hour. I complained through the APP, but it has been almost 20 hours and there is still no response or solution.

The room has a heater and is very warm. Feilai Temple is right outside the window and you can go there at any time. The ******* lady at the B&B is very welcoming.

The room is large, but unfortunately there is no air conditioning. There are electric blankets and charcoal heaters. The ******* style is very unique. The bosses are very good at service, and there is also a warm ******* breakfast.

Overall it's good, but the facilities are a bit poor. The temperature of the water heater for the shower is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and I almost got burned. The cups for washing are paper cups. The heater in the room is OK and very warm. It's generally acceptable for a stopover.

This B&B is about 700 meters from the Meili Snow Mountain Observation Deck. There are many restaurants and accommodations around the observation deck. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The view from the window is beautiful. The waiters are also very friendly and help with luggage. The breakfast is a bit simple, except for the dry and liquid dishes. The only dishes are pickles. In fact, it would have been much richer if we had two small cold dishes. It's not complicated. Just a suggestion.

The decor is Tibetan-style. I'm not a huge fan. It feels like a decorator's house. The room doesn't have air conditioning. It's cold with the window open, but stuffy if you keep it closed. Oxygen is provided by a paid QR code scanner. Breakfast is simple. A car service is available, and the service is acceptable.
