After parking, the hotel provided dedicated internal shuttles for pick-up and drop-off, making it completely hassle-free and elevating the whole experience. Waking up in the morning, gently drawing back the curtains, and watching the mist drift through the mountains, changing with the light – it was truly a sight so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away 🤩. Even doing nothing but lying in the room and soaking in the view brought immense joy. 🍴 **Dining Experience** The cliffside restaurant is an absolute must-visit! Perched right on the edge of the cliff, it features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the entire valley the moment you sit down. We were incredibly fortunate to secure a table with the best view; the expansive vista was simply stunning. Eating breakfast while watching the clouds and mist dance through the valley was profoundly therapeutic. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, ensuring you'd never get tired of it. I must especially commend the rice noodles – with three distinct toppings, each bursting with fresh, savory flavor that left me craving more! I ordered them two days in a row; the more I ate, the more I loved them 😋. 😄 **Overall Experience** If you're looking for a romantic getaway for an anniversary, or a relaxing weekend road trip within the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, this place is absolutely perfect! There's no need to meticulously plan an itinerary; the hotel itself is a 'self-contained holiday haven'. The complimentary activities alone are enough to fill a day: archery, billiards, craft-making... each one was engaging and fun. The paid activities were also reasonably priced. We tried both pottery and the spa, and highly recommend them. The final products were not only beautiful but also imbued with wonderful memories. **Pottery & Painting Instructor Deng Chensi Sam**: Very professional, explained everything in detail, and gave us lots of inspiration and suggestions. He even thoughtfully added us on WeChat so we could track the firing and delivery progress of our pieces at any time. He truly embodies 'delivering peace of mind'! **Archery Instructor 🏹**: He was absolutely fantastic! His instruction was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We even participated in an archery competition and surprisingly won a prize! He called immediately to inform us and personally delivered the prize to our room. That moment truly warmed our hearts~

An excellent hotel, and the castle itself is truly unique. We had two delicious meals at the Fortress Restaurant. Our cliff-view villa was superb; we spent all our time on the balcony, absolutely mesmerized by the scenery. The views were constantly changing throughout the day, each more beautiful than the last. If you're an early riser, definitely go up to the castle to catch the sunrise!

This was my first stay here, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel offered plenty of activities, and we also took a trip to explore the valley. I tried the spa at the hotel, which was incredibly relaxing. In the evening, I enjoyed a drink at the Grant Bar. Nora provided excellent service; I'd forgotten my umbrella in the Paotai Building, and she kindly helped retrieve it for me. Overall, the stay was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back! 🥰

The castle views were stunning, and the air was filled with the refreshing scent of vegetation, accompanied by the occasional chirping of insects. Visiting this season, the landscape was a blanket of lush green, a truly soothing sight for the eyes. The service was also incredibly attentive; the staff went out of their way to accommodate guests. Strolling through the castle, we left the hustle and bustle behind and savored our private couple's retreat. We watched stunning sunsets from the pool and beautiful sunrises from the balcony. We also enjoyed games and competitions at the resort's activity village, and even crafted a cute little owl 🦉. I truly hope all our future days can begin with this same relaxed and unhurried pace.

I was extremely impressed with the service from both the butler and all hotel staff. They were incredibly attentive, and any requests were addressed almost immediately. The recreational facilities were comprehensive, and they even had a yoga instructor, Mickey, teaching classes. Evening movie screenings were also a nice touch. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect, and I'll definitely return if I get the chance.

The hotel offers truly stunning views, and the rooms are fantastic. Once you park your car, dedicated staff provide golf cart shuttles up and down the mountain, available on demand. The service was warm and incredibly attentive. However, we were never informed about the hotel's activities and had to inquire and book them ourselves, so we didn't end up participating in any. Furthermore, no one from the complimentary photoshoot service (offered by Ctrip) contacted us during our two-day stay. Lastly, the Chinese restaurant was quite expensive, and the food quality was truly disappointing!

To sum it up, my child loved this hotel and wants to come back again!~ From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful, explaining all the important details. We had mentioned bringing a baby beforehand, and upon entering the room, we found a bed rail already installed, along with birthday decorations and a complimentary cake!~ All the hotel staff were warm and attentive, especially Lumi, the young man with glasses (we even found his photo!), the big brother at the shooting range, and the young lady who helped us make scented cards. (Oh, and all the staff are great photographers, haha!) The chef was also very friendly and interacted warmly with my little one! ❤️ The restaurant's food was delicious! My child ate six ribs all by themselves! 🤣 The environment was very photogenic, and there were plenty of activities. Both adults and children had a wonderful time. They even gave us a souvenir when we left, and there were no unjustified charges. A small suggestion: the room didn't have a step stool or baby slippers for children, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the kids' club could stay open a little later in the evening, as my child wanted to play a bit more after dinner. ☺️

The hotel provides a wide array of activities, ensuring guests will never be bored even if they choose to stay on-site. The staff are incredibly accommodating, and the shuttle service is prompt with minimal waiting times. A special shout-out to our butler, Kai, for his exceptional service-mindedness and thoughtful attention throughout our stay.

Naked Retreats Castle offers excellent overall service and amenities, with particularly attentive staff. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and there's a good variety of activities to keep you entertained. However, our Hua Dan Suite didn't offer a sunrise view, and dinner was a bit overpriced. The breakfast, though, was fantastic and clearly prepared with great care. The buffet spread was delicious, and the views from the breakfast area were stunning. The swimming pool is more for photo opportunities than actual swimming; it's not really designed for a proper dip. Everyone should experience a castle stay at least once. It truly reminded me of Jay Chou's 'William Castle'.

Guests also receive free admission to Naked Valley, a sister property, offering a rich array of experiences. This makes it an ideal destination for both couples and families.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. We opted for a cliff-view suite, and the balcony offered breathtaking views. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy during our stay, so we missed out on the sunset. The butler service was incredibly attentive, and they responded to messages promptly. Internal transportation within the hotel grounds was solely via shuttle. However, these weren't particularly quick; we typically waited 10-15 minutes after calling for a ride. Aside from admiring the scenery, there wasn't much else to do at the hotel. Our only activities were exploring the castle and the small garden downstairs. The castle, unfortunately, was almost entirely taken over by professional travel photographers.

Naked Heart Castle offers a fantastic setting and comprehensive facilities. All amenities for leisure, entertainment, and dining are incredibly convenient. The shuttle service was very prompt, and the overall service was exceptional. The guest services manager went above and beyond, thoughtfully arranging anything we urgently needed. The cleanliness was also impeccable! Overall, among the several places we visited on this trip, Naked Heart Castle was by far the most satisfying.

This was our first visit to Naked Stables. We booked a Pastoral Cabin, and our second-floor room offered a beautiful view of lush greenery. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the essential facilities. The air conditioning was excellent! The entire resort is absolutely stunning, with an incredible environment and picturesque scenery everywhere you look. My child adored the infinity pool and had a fantastic time. The kids' play area was also perfect for a 3-year-old. Both the Western restaurant and breakfast were great, exceeding our expectations. The Cliff Restaurant offered breathtaking views, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The butler service was incredibly responsive and always quick to assist with our requests. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay, and we'll definitely be returning!
