Pearl Hotel Dhaka is a decent hotel to stay. It is just 20 minute drive from Dhaka Airport and in New locality of Dhaka. The checkin and checkout was very smooth, the staff at reception were very helpful in all aspects. The room was very cosy and comfortable with tea maker, mini bar, all the toiletries, neat n clean sheets and very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was equally good with nice spread and hot corner. The overall food quality was good and tastry food. Room service was excellent and quick. Nice spa and well experienced masseurs. Over all it was an excellent stay.

Very good staff and hotel even for western standards!! Very attentive staff and the food was great ordered room service. Good location not too busy yet not too far and also had good amenities. Wish to see more similar hotels in Dhaka as a lot can be hit and miss. Reasonably priced too.

The room was spacious and neatly arranged. All staff were well dressed, extremely professional and helpful. Rodrick was outstanding in his job. Every time I am in Dhaka, I would stay in this hotel. Location of the hotel is very nicely situated in one Dhaka’s posh neighborhood . Food also great.

Really bad experience, the rooms are small, Booked for 6 night, junior suite, that was smoking room Asked for another room, they took me to deluxe, really small room it was, They have arranged the pick up for me from airport, when I said I cannot stay here They gave me bill for taxi, The manager said I am not charging for room, I said I am not staying here, how u can charge, his change of words was hell out I said I came here for stay but because of problem leaving from here, after my flight reaching here and bad experience

A 5/5 for a. Rooms b. Foods c. Room services d. Staff behaviour. However, the breakfast menu needs to be improvised and should bring more variations. Also, their communications about check out and daily charges must be clearer with more professional and friendlier approaches.

It's my second stay in this hotel within the last 2 months. It is a pleasant experience both the time. Check-in time is almost less than a minute for me during all three check-ins for me. Thanks to promptness by reception staff. A warm welcome at the entrance makes you feel good every time. Security looks good at the entrance as well. The rooms are good, quiet, and warm ambiance. I prefer a non-smoking room. They offer a mini-bar with many options at good affordable rates. The restaurant offers a variety of food from thai, Indian, and local cuisine as well. The chef do help me with special dishes as well. Their management do have personal contacts with guests as well.
