在定安住了那麼多次酒店，這家酒店是最差的！毛巾都是舊的！我沒去辦理退房還私自去房間裏把我的東西拿走，超時扣錢我接受，但是我沒去辦理退房之前，酒店私自幫我辦理退房並且把我房間裏的東西拿走我真心接受不了

網上訂的，去前台還得另加10元，等於165元，房間裏面跟圖片上的，差別也太大了，廁所感覺像堵了。總體，雙標的，也是有點差
