I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.

The girl at the front desk can also check in quickly and politely. It is best to have a robot deliver the takeaway to the room, which can also solve the manpower problem. The little brother will not enter the floor, which will make you feel safe!

Very clean and well-appointed hotel, in a building that used to be an A-Tour hotel, so there are still vestiges of the A-Tour interiors such as the TV and automatic switches / curtains. The breakfast was serviceable even though quite basic with mostly Chinese food options, and there was no instant coffee available in the room, only tea bags. The gym and laundry facilities were nice but also quite basic - there was not much room for ironing or weight training for example. The location also loses a point for being a little far from Dalingshan downtown or many other shops / services / transportation options.

When I entered the lobby to check in, the waiter was very warm and entertained. I felt quite good. Then I saw that there were robots in the lobby to deliver food. There was also a water bar with a very intimate service. I highly recommend this hotel. There is free parking. Breakfast in the morning is quite rich. Very real hotel, very cost-effective

Clean, nice hotel, in the Songshan area. Perfect for business travellers. The room is spacious and clean, with all comodities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is really great, with a lot of choice, Western and Chinese. Convenient location, with a big shopping mall located from a 10-min walk.

The hotel is easy to find, at the junction of Meijing Road and Fuhua Middle Road, with convenient transportation and a large free parking lot, just behind the hotel from the entrance next to the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and newly opened with a beautiful environment, good service, new equipment and facilities, very avant-garde, very smart, with robot service, the whole process is just talking, no hands, smart customers, the price is reasonable, it is worth recommending, but the takeaways have been delivered to the wrong hotel many times, it is a bit annoying to have the takeaways from the hotel next door delivered to this hotel

The hotel was great, and all the staff was helpful to accommodate our request 😀 but the rooms smell like smoke on the first night of our stay even though they put heavy air freshners. I would not recommend them if you are not a smoker or have problems with smoke smelling rooms. But overall the hotel was nice and we loved ❤️ the view 😍 and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Would recommend this hotel 🏨 to anyone looking for easy access to food and shopping 🛍 around Dalangzhen District. This is the place to stay 👌 Tianyu Hotel. Would rate them 3.5/5 if only their rooms didn't smell of smoke.
