Lovely hotel and staff. The front desk staff 唐笑笑 is friendly and make our stay comfortable.

Nice little hotel in Dalang. It's fairly new, clean and close to many restaurants. The staff are all polite and friendly. Breakfast has limited variety, but the food is of a reasonably high standard. I think the hotel is good value for money.

Very clean and well-appointed hotel, in a building that used to be an A-Tour hotel, so there are still vestiges of the A-Tour interiors such as the TV and automatic switches / curtains. The breakfast was serviceable even though quite basic with mostly Chinese food options, and there was no instant coffee available in the room, only tea bags. The gym and laundry facilities were nice but also quite basic - there was not much room for ironing or weight training for example. The location also loses a point for being a little far from Dalingshan downtown or many other shops / services / transportation options.

I happened to be here on a business trip and tried it. It is indeed ok. There is no need to praise a good hotel. I have stayed there. I just realized that the air purifier in particular is really comfortable. I smoke a lot, so this thing is just right! The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very polite, thumbs up 👍

I have always been a fan of Banyan Tree. Of course, I have to bring my children and husband to experience the first Banyan Tree in Guangdong. Located in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, the environment is beautiful and comfortable. It happened to be a good weather. It was so comfortable to come to Songshan Lake Banyan Tree. It was as beautiful as the scenes in the TV series. The housekeeper added WeChat and provided services the night before check-in. I am very grateful to Lynn Zhu, the front office manager. Her meticulous care made me feel at home. She can help you solve all your needs. She also helped me upgrade the mountain view villa. I really felt that I was treated with care. Each room has a separate hot spring. You don’t have to go out and share the big pool with others in the winter. Both hygiene and privacy are very good. It’s really enjoyable to soak in beautiful hot water in such a comfortable environment. Of course, there are many advantages, but there are still some disadvantages. The personnel management of the new hotel needs to be strengthened. Whether it is the front desk or the coffee shop staff, the service and professionalism have not kept up for the time being. I look forward to subsequent enhancements. And if Banyan Tree is positioned as a resort hotel, for those who come here with their families for vacation, there will be too few entertainment options for children, which will result in the adults being comfortable but the children being bored. I look forward to the hotel having more complete parent-child facilities in the future.

The hotel lobby is located on the 20th floor, with a wide view and overlooking the surrounding scenery. The lobby receptionist, Xiao Xu, was friendly, polite and hospitable. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable, with beautiful lake views and views of some European town buildings. The breakfast ingredients are fresh and the variety is sufficient. The breakfasts on the two days are not exactly the same, with some small changes. The beef porridge is delicious. The only drawback is that the water flow from the bathroom shower is weak, making the bath a little less pleasant.

Overall recommendation! ! The surrounding environment is very good and it is very close to Songshan Lake. The hotel is clean and has a laundry room and a gym. The interior decoration is very detailed and the sound insulation is good. There were lottery tickets given away during the New Year, as well as milk and snacks. The front desk was also very warm and friendly. The kittens nearby are also very well behaved. The breakfast is rich.

It's so fulfilling to get the unanimous recognition of my family, and I will continue to come next time!
