The amenities inside the room is not upto standard. Hand towels, dental kit being charged extra is unacceptable. Providing just 1 large towel when the occupancy is double. The refrigerator inside the room didn't work. Atleast 2 bottles of water must be provided. Breakfast was limited options for vegetarians.

My 4-night stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City was superb although location wise it's quite far away from the convenience of metro. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities exceeded expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Buffet breakfast was a stand-out with plenty of choices and delicious choices. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests promptly and courteously. Additionally, the hotel's adjacency to the mall provided convenience for dining and shopping options, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, convenience, and excellent service.

Close airport, hv free shuttle bus to airport, shopping mall , but not close to Metro. Suitable for traveller if need to catch the flight. Room is clean but old facilities. No slippers, no tooth brush, need to pay money to buy these stuffs. Staffs are really friendly and nice. Breakfast is good and delicious. Many local people stay here because it's really close to airport, I guess they are workibg at immigration department at Airport. That's why they choose this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel. It's conveniently located close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers with early or late flights. Rooms: The room was compact but well-designed, with comfortable bedding and modern decor. It was clean and equipped with essentials, including a coffee maker and toiletries. Great for a short stay. Dining: The breakfast buffet was diverse, with a good mix of continental and Middle Eastern options. The all-day café in the lobby was also a nice spot to grab a quick snack or coffee. Amenities: The hotel has a small gym and a cozy lounge area. There's also a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. Service: The staff were friendly and efficient, always willing to help with requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Overall Experience: Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay, offering convenience, comfort, and great value. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a hassle-free stopover in Dubai.

It has been a fun & relaxing long weekend for me and my friends at Grand Mercure! I made two bookings separately and in separate days but they managed to grant my request for an interconnecting room. Despite the large number of visitors due to the holiday, the amenities are not as crowded as they have two pools although one is open from 8AM-3PM and the other 3PM-10PM. Pool towels are only available from 10AM onwards though 😬 Breakfast is really good too. We stayed for 5 days and the variety is great that we're not fed up by it even on our last day. They have a live egg station, with continental food and middle eastern as well. They have cold cuts, salad bar, and pastry section as well. They also have a nice coffee machine with various kinds of coffee and their staff are very attentive to accommodate all the guests. Best time is from 7-9AM. We once went at quarter to 10 and it was really crowded by then. As for the room, of course it did not disappoint for a 5-star hotel. It's equipped with its own coffee machine and coffee pods, towels, ironing board, iron, slippers, and set of toiletries. There was a problem with the chromecast in the tv but their engineer was amazing enough to lend us an external adapter and HDMI cable for our entire stay. I bought my own adapter as they said they need to collect it the next morning but they graciously left it with us for the rest of our stay and didn't bother to collect it. It's good to take note that Grand Mercure and Ibis (which is in the same building) are both dry hotels and do not offer alcohol. The nearest pub is in Millenium Hotel around 5-10 min away. All in all, we definitely recommend Grand Mercure and always come back here whenever we need a relaxing staycation. Thank you Grand Mercure! 🌟

Like always very good level of service from Rove staff and facilities, young waiters from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan helped a lot, make you feel like at home.

Hotel amenities are great and clean. definitely get the breakfast for your stay because it’s totally worth it! Also near the metro station so basically very accessible.

This hotel is a new city hotel opened this year, just like One&Only One‘Zabeel, and its positioning is similar, so it can be compared. First of all, in terms of the room, this hotel has a balcony, so you can lie down and look at the skyline without going out, which is a big plus point, but OOOZ does not have it. Secondly, I personally think that the swimming pool of this hotel is better than that of OOOZ, because on the one hand, it is closer to the skyline, and on the other hand, there are more viewing angles, which is extremely suitable for lying down. However, this swimming pool does not allow cameras to enter, but OOOZ does not have this rule. In addition, the staff at the pool asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two glasses of orange juice, but the staff did not remind us that we had to pay. Before leaving, I saw that the bill for two glasses cost 90 dirhams. So you must ask clearly whether anything provided is free. For breakfast, I ordered in-room dining, and the lana breakfast of 255 dirhams was enough for two people, but it is not recommended in terms of cost performance. In terms of public areas, this hotel is not as rich as OOOZ, but public areas are not that important for city hotels. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Very international buffet for breakfast. Definitely something delicious for everyone. The staff is super friendly and attentive, especially Zooz and Andreas! Thanks for the great stay. The rooms are nicely furnished and perfectly adequate. Depending on the location, also with a beautiful view on the skyline....

The hotel is good, close to the metro station, supermarket, cafe, clean, large room, very comfortable bed! Breakfast buffet on the top floor on the terrace overlooking the city, skyscrapers and planes taking off! They did not bother us at all, but on the contrary, added zest! The staff is very nice and friendly! I recommend it as a transit hotel!
