Had a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

Small room it’s okay

Zain International Hotel in Dubai was a disappointing experience. The hotel is couple unfriendly, demanding an exorbitant security deposit. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty and of cheap quality, failing to meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location clean hotel

This hotel is terrible. This is a pakistani hotel, the hotel staff is selling escorts in the hotel, hotel staff offered me to pay 600 Dirham for girls two hours sex in my room, plus 100 Dirham to pay to the reception, I didn’t accept their offer, also there is a massage room in the first floor, they also offered an escort girls for 600 Dirham. I said NO, I don’t want it, the hygiene is rubbish in the hotel, they don’t change the duvet, giving the same brown colour duvet every customer, location is in very poor area. There is a night club in the ground floor in the hotel. Pakistani and Indian girls dancing in ground floor kind of night club night club. It is open until 04:00 am morning. Which one girl you like it, one of pimp dealing with you about the price. I bought the ticket online in trip.com, I arrived to Zain International hotel at 09:00 in the morning. The receptionist yaseen told me I need to wait until 13:00 for check in but, some tourists came to the the same time around 09:00 in the morning, they paid cash money and the receptionist gave the room to them straight away with the keys. Couple of people checked in in the morning because they paid cash and the receptionist wanted to hold me until 13:00 because I paid online, they wouldn’t take extra money from me. Then I complained if the rules says 13:00 check in why your giving the room to them. The answer was “they paid cash and more money that is why” I told them that I will complain about your behaviour then after one hour time they gave my room, I stayed two nights- three days, nobody came to clean my room during this time. Also when I checked out the same receptionist told me to wait becauee bellboy will go to my room and check if I forgot something, the reason was the hotel staff check every single room if the hotel guest stolen anything from the room. Then the receptionist told me your room looks good, you can leave. I first time received kind If situation, hotel staff doesn’t let you leave the hotel because they check if the hotel guest stolen anything from the hotel. It was embarrassing. Just pay little bit more money to the other hotels, don’t stay in this rubbish hotel.

Single traveler

The exterior looks old, but the rooms are average. The location is good and it was a cheap stay, so it was great.

This is the worst hotel I have lived in for decades. All the waiters have no quality at all. On the first day of checking in, the sheets and quilts were very dirty. They asked me to change the sheets, but they threw away one of my sheets and asked me to change it myself. That night, I was bitten by several large lumps all over my body, which would not disappear at all. It was swollen, painful and itchy. The next day, after changing rooms, I solved this problem and asked for a refund of the room fee for that night, but was rejected without any apology. Although Ctrip gave a sincere and reasonable solution, it has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is not good. I hope Ctrip will not list this kind of hotel. The worst hotel I lived in the past 30years, all the workers are so rude, just want your tips. They just let me to change the bedsheets by myself, so was bitten a lot in the first evening, they don’t have any apology, don’t agree to refund. Don’t go there.

Stayed for a week and no one came to clean the room

Very cost-effective, clean and tidy

Pros: The location is excellent - close to the metro, close to the airport if you are flying to/from Dubai. A lively area with shops, food outlets, a night market near the metro, a canal and a pier nearby where you can ride boats for an inexpensive price. The room was clean, in principle everything worked as it should. Friendly staff. In the bathroom there is a shower set - soap, shampoo, lotion. Cons - the smell of a smoky room, the air conditioner is right in front of the bed, we didn’t turn it on, or rather turned it off right away - the weather allowed us to do without it (but in the heat, when you can’t do without an air conditioner, it will blow directly on the bed), sockets are in poor condition, no adapters for Euro - take adapters. No kettle, no water, but an empty mini bar of alcohol)). It’s ok for a couple of nights, it’s just that there weren’t many acceptable budget options, and it depends on your luck with the room.
