Everything was awesome except for 2 things: 1. Wifi connection is unstable and drops non stop 2. No one cleans on a daily basis, the 3 days that I was there, no one came to clean the room, replace soap, bottled water and towels

Hotel staff was very friendly and nice I'm a little disappointed that my room didn't have a washing machine. It's better not to expect too much from breakfast.

The location is good, there are 2 metro stations nearby, and attractions are within walking distance. It's also not far from the airport. I stayed at the hotel for a week: during this time the bed linen was never changed or the room was cleaned. There was only one towel for the entire stay. There is a lot of dust in the room. The food was not particularly varied, but it was tasty and satisfying. They should certainly place a possible menu in the room for the guest to choose from.

The environment is really good, but the service is really not good. I just thought it was worth spending a total of more than 350 yuan for such a large room, but found that there was one missing anti-opening buckle on the front door, and the balcony door could not be locked. After reacting with the front desk and the doorman, I wanted to put the key card at the front desk so that my door could not be opened when I came back, but the front desk said no. When I went back an hour and a half later, I asked the doorman and said that everything was done. See The front desk is busy, forgive me for being lazy, so I went upstairs to open the door, but the door couldn't be opened, and I had to go down to the front desk to ask why, she communicated with the guard, and then restarted on the machine I swiped my card, and then went back to the room. There is still one less anti-opening button at the front door. As long as there is a card at the front door, I can open the door of my room. Toss it from top to bottom, it's useless. Looking at the traces, the anti-tamper buckle was just removed not long ago. why?

Needs improvement: Cleanliness, staff & service and condition of the accommodation.

The hotel is located in Bur Dubai, about 500m from the Burjuman metro station. There are shops nearby. There is a pool and gym. The rooms are a reasonable size. Some of the WiFi works well and some doesn't work at all in the rooms. There are few sockets and only on one side of the bed. There is a hair dryer. There are bedside tables. there is climate. However, this one tends to be too cold. The bathroom is nice but could be bigger. Even so, the shower is cramped. There is some counter space at the sink, in the shower too. The water pressure is a bit low. There are towels, shower gel and soap. There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, kitchenette with utensils, microwave, TV with 14 channels that don't all work, there is no safe. There is a cupboard, a table and a chair and storage space. The beds are a bit hard. Unfortunately there is a full length mirror. The bathroom has a window. There is an elevator. The staff is ok. The hotel is partly clean. Unfortunately, you cannot completely darken the room with curtains. Breakfast is offered but currently not a buffet.
