The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to my sister's apartment. It is convenient as well because it is just in front of the metro station. Choosing a hotel in Dubai is not easy but this hotel is worth the price. The staff are friendly and quite helpful too. Especially Mr Danny the bellman. He was the one who helped us from check in and checkout. We were worried about our transportation to the airport since its was the aftermath from the flood. But he made sure everything was taken care of, so it made the scenario abreeze. The other guy from the room service who we encounter for breakfast during our stay from April 14 was so helpful and considerate. Service in this hotel was good. Keep it up. Just want to comment about the smoke smell in the hotel. I think its coming from the bar. My son has asthma and i have allergies so that is a little off for us. Other than that, our stay was worth it because the room was clean and spacious.

One of the best hotels In Dubai. Everything is superb, be it service, cleanliness, space, location, staffs etc. Had a wonderful ten days stay at this hotel.

Good location near Metro. Fun night club. Unfortunately night staff will hassle you, try sporadically to charge extra for guests and overcharge for their taxi service. Fun time but watch out for their questionable billing practices. Spa service was excellent.

The room is relatively old and there is a KTV on the first floor🤪

The hotel seized passports and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors could not be closed. There was a crowd of people in the local bar downstairs, and charges were imposed. Ctrip listed the hotel even though it knew it was risky. The hotel housekeeper assisted and asked to call the police before leaving the hotel. Ctrip refused until the check-in was successful. Chargeback reported

There is a strong smell in the room, next to the Indian tavern, it will be noisy after twelve o'clock in the evening

For the price, this is a great option for a short stay. The room is large, the beds are soft, and what else do you need) the location is good within walking distance of the metro and the Dubai Golden Frame.

The room smells bad, the music downstairs is crazy until the early morning, the shampoo and shower gel don't work well, I won't come again next time
