Hotels in Deira, Dubai

It was a great experience staying at Pearl Swiss hotel. We had a very nice time with my mom. Everything was fine, rooms clean, location is very close to the metro which is great. I’d definitely come back to stay at this place whenever I am coming back to Dubai.

Overall our stay was great, good location with many restaurants nearby. Parking was available for free. The only thing that I would probably mention how noisy the bar downstairs was, but it was ok we were able to sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

Good location although nowadays the down town has moved. On the blanks of Creek. This hotel is worth the price and services

Even though i did a last minute booking for a very low price with absolutely no expectations in mind i was delightfully surprised at the quality level of this hotel. Rooms very clean, facilities very good and easy to access and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend for travelers looking for an accommodation close to the airport

Comfortable, neat & clean, ideally located in the heart of the city centre. Great facilities, helpful staff and great ambience. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's quality of services and facilities & the staff. Also, great lobbies to relax and a cafe as well.

The staff of this hotel will give you a feel of home , very nice guys and girls , very friendly. Hotel itself smells like heaven. Very clean & Proper 5 stars . Location is good but you may better to have a car rented for sightseeing.  Overall I’ll go back again, only because of the staff attitude , cleanness of the hotel

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The food is delicious , the services they offer , the swimming 🏊♂️ pool is always clean among others every is perfect.

This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like ”passport” and ”second passport,” which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated ”two separate beds, please” in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

Al Sarab was located within a short drive from the airport, and as I had a late arriving flight I figured I should stay my first two nights in Dubai in Deira. The reception was prompt, polite and check-in was smooth. The room was tidy, small but had everything I needed. For the price paid, I would say it was very fair. I would definitely stay here again.
