The hotel has lots of Apple PC computers and two private space rooms for hotel guests to use. It also has a 24 hours convenience store for people to shop. The store has lots of souvenirs and some of them are in a high CP ratio. Besides of that, they have a playstation can let the children to enjoy themselves. The hotel also has a restaurant. The food is tasty. The hotel receptionists are willing to help the guests to solve their prolblems. This can-do attitude is respectful. The hotel room is clean. Thanks he decorations are simple and neat. The best part of the hotel is it is near the airport which means we don't need to waste lots of time on the traffic. I do enjoy my time here.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The stay was pleasant. The breakfast had vast spread, including western, Indian, Continental. Had some French sweets as well The staff is very cordial: mostly Indian, Bangladeshi and locals Musatafa at the reception was very helpful. I needed to go out of Dubai for a night after checking out. While others at reception were pointing to the Hotel policy, he understood my situation, and allowed me to keep my baggage for a night

The breakfast is nice with so many good options & you can get both buffet & chef to make it for you. The room is nice, there’s a fridge & there is coffee, tea & water for free. Room is very clean & comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. The location is quite far from the Dubai Downtown but the metro is near, but I recommend just Uber or Taxi because the walk is very hot.

Staying at the hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cozy, well-appointed room offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The amenities, including the luxurious spa and delicious dining options, made each moment truly enjoyable. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to return to this charming hotel a thousand times over; it felt like a home away from home.

The staff of the Crowne Hotel are very friendly polite and courteous. The manager at Spice Island restaurant, Ivie, is vey nice. My comment - the rooms need renovation, specially the toilet/shower room. Bed skirt needs to be washed. Carpet need to be shampooed. There are lots os small ants.

Great location, large rooms but unfortunately very old hotel: carpets and furnitures. For individuals who are suffering from allergies and asthma, not the right one. The staff is very professional and client oriented. Thank you very much for your understanding . I wish I would have stay for 10 days but my health state couldn’t handle the room carpet.

Great hotel for business and couples. Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call. The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service. Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

It was very convenient location and best hotel around gold souk area also it’s affordable comparison to other hotels around . Best is look for 904 room it has the bath tub and sea view corner room

First of all I'd like to thank Gail at the reception for being so warm and welcoming. We got a complimentary upgrade of our room as first time guests. 💕 The room is nice as expected with all accor hotels, the kitchen is complete and fully functional, and the pool is also over looking the creek which is great. Although, the gym is closed at the time of my visit, there's no coffee (they did provide but it's in a small chai cup like they just transferred it from an instant coffee can), and there is no service road in front of the hotel so it was kinda hard during drop off. Overall, I can still say that my experience is exceptional and I would definitely come back. Thank Adagio!
