The staff was very helpful and kind. I got a free upgrade to have a nice view of the creek. The room and the toilet is big and spacious. It’s so close to the airport so whoever needs to have a transit, this is the best choice for them to stay overnight.

The apartment hotel is very convenient. After a few days of fun, it's just right to rest. The kitchen and bathroom are all available. We also bought seafood and cooked for ourselves. The only problem is that the washing machine doesn't dry clothes. You can ask the front desk for a folding clothes drying rack. The breakfast service is also very good. My wife was not feeling well, so she told the waiter and he helped me pack some food to take back to the room.

Very friendly staff, good quality service. Happy about breakfasts. Good size swimming pool.

Our stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯

Checked in by attentive receptionist Kevi, the hotel is old but not in a bad way. Mainly because it was cladded purposefully with natural stones: Marble, Granite, and Quartzite. You will see Hard Granite skillfully curved on top of a Battub.

Fast check in process, receptionist ”Musha” very helpful with perfect service. The hotel is clean and comfortable and not noisy, room boy ”Anas” very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, supermarket and metro station.Recommended hotel in Deira Dubai.

The place is conveniently located beside a Deira City Center mall which has everything you would need. It also has a metro station which is convenient. Maybe just a small peeve, is that drivers, deliveries keep getting Pullman residences keeps getting mixed up with Pullman hotel which means delays and confusions during delivery and pick up. Overall good service apartment for families.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that set the perfect tone for my day. The room was immaculate, featuring plush bedding and a stunning view of the city skyline. I took the time to explore the hotel amenities, including a sparkling pool and a well-equipped gym. In the evening, I indulged in a delightful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where the atmosphere was lively and the food was absolutely delicious. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, making it a memorable experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Swissotel Al Ghurair I particularly like the location and that Al Ghurair mall is attached also there are many restaurants within a few minutes walk , the rooms are big and spacious and the staff always do there upmost to accommodate you in the best possible way , the breakfast had a huge variety and the dinning area was clean and big , I would defiantly recommend the hotel if you planning to stay around this area as its only a 10 minute taxi ride to Dubai international airport
