The hotel staff all well trained, such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.  They concentrated 100% on our stay and all very small details were taken care of.  I highly recommend this hotel for all couples stay, as it’s so clean, quiet and many wonderful facilities.  You will find the lady playing the piano or violin and the staff will be supper happy to assist you always.  The breakfast options are so wide and the most interesting is the 5 stars Indian restaurant in the hotel.  See you again soon!  Afif

We had a club lounge access, so you check-in in a separate lounge. It was the longest check-in ever and a long waiting for check-out. Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding. Rooms are great, we had the top floor. Aquarium is the best part :)

Anatara The Palm is perfect as a family resort. It's location isn't the most accessible (as it is towards the end of the Palm) but isn't it the purpose? The hotel has excellent staff training offering very attentive and friendly service, plus facilities for everyone in the family. The F&B is great offering Asian, Steakhouse, and International proper dining cuisines, plus pool side and beach side bar/cafe and restaurant too. The sports centre is also great offering a wide variety of activities for adults and kids. The hotel also has free shuttle bus service to/from the Emirates shopping mall (closest mall to the Palm) which ride will take about 20-25min. Thumbs up!

Excellent breadfast , room is clean , the only problem is traffic is jam at this area, but maybe at certain hours. Overall is good.

I booked a night at Tumbi Hotel on the Palm because I had friends staying nearby at the Fairmont, just a couple of hundred metres away. I live in Dubai, so I wasn’t looking to splurge on a resort-style stay. I wanted something convenient, comfortable, and affordable. Tumbi Hotel was exactly that, a great boutique style hotel.  The hotel is new, having only opened earlier this year, and it feels fresh and well put together. The staff were professional and welcoming. At check-in, Mary at the front desk upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. Valet parking was included, and my bag was brought up to the room for me, which was a nice touch. The room itself was well designed, very stylish and comfortable (with lotta of big mirrors). It wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough space for a solo stay. The furnishings were tasteful, the rain-style shower was great, and bottled water was already provided in the room. There was a mini fridge, though it wasn’t stocked, and there were all the usual amenities you’d expect. While the room did not have a major view, I was on the ninth floor and had a quiet outlook onto a neighboring building. There was no road noise or construction nearby, and I could even see a sliver of water if I looked to the side. Given the location, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel by car. It’s also just a short walk to the West Palm boardwalk and beach area. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was available until 11am, though I didn’t make it down in time. I was, however, granted a late checkout until 1pm, which made for a very relaxed departure. One small drawback was the television. It only had local free-to-air channels and no cable or international options. I didn’t figure out how to use the casting feature either. Overall, this was an excellent value stay. For a Friday night on the Palm, the price was very affordable. If you’re a Dubai resident looking for a short stay on the Palm without the high-end price tag, this hotel is a smart and comfortable choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Aloft Palm Jumeirah is very peaceful and the view is so amazing! I upgraded my room to sea-view room and it was very worth! I can see Burj Al Arab from the balcony which is so nice! The room is very clean and spacious. It looks better than pictures on the website. I feel comfortable staying here. Staff are friendly and polite. Sadly that I only stayed for a night. I wish I had more time. I really have a great time at Aloft!

Very nice hotels for trendy peoples. All day music at the pool cocktails… room is big and very clean with great style. I like it.

It was very nice place near to most of attraction. Hotel staffs are very kind. I highly recommend this hotel.
