My flat is at the first floor of a four-storey residency with lift. Property is less than 30 mins away from the city enter either driving yourself or take public transportation. A just right distance for travellers who want to enjoy the quietness of local Edinburgh community and free of car parking. Few minutes' walk-distance to bus station, supermarket etc.
The flat is recently refurnished with IKEA furniture. The flat is bright and warm thanks to its location and large windows. Central heating and 24 hours hot water.
I am renting two bedrooms separately or together subject to the actual needs. One bed can host two people and the another can host three people maximum. During the peak time, the two bedrooms could be fully booked but most of the time I enjoy just hosting one or two guest.
Airport pickup, in-city delivery and highland trip can be discussed at reasonable price.

The room is very nice and the landlord is also very nice👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The transportation is very convenient. There is a bus stop just outside the door. There is ALDI next to it and it is very convenient for shopping and eating.
