This chedi is really not recommended!
The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes.
The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable.
The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means.
The public area of the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

Best massage I’ve had so far…! A special thank to Mrs. Salmer for this perfect time out in my vacation - which was already so wonderful. Felt like in heaven for 90 minutes. Thank you for this wonderful experience. The location (spa) is very nice, perfect hideaway of the sun 😊

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, clean and comfortable, with amazing Red Sea view, friendly stuff, tasty breakfast and dinner with high quality products, clean outdoor swimming pool, beautiful beach with very friendly lifeguards ( like Ismail) well equipped gym room with the newest Technogym machines and qualified gym instructor and also Raphaela from guest relations who arranged us a nice trip to town and gave us useful information. We stayed one week in the Chedi, El Gouna and are more than satisfied. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Amr (cleaing guy), the Beach & Pool staff were very outstanding and always had a smile on their face and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel in general was as per our expectations and we felt very good staying there and enjyoing all amenities. A few things to think about for improvement: - soft renovation of certain areas f.e. bathrooms in general, beach area (no sand...) - make sure that the little (cute) birds don't jump on the morning bread buffet
