I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early after arriving from a long flight. The room was very clean and perfect for a solo traveller. It was a fair walk from the nearest subway station but the area was quite nice. Lots of small shops and food options.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is basic but solid - fine for travel on a budget. Before booking, beware that the hotel is located on the corner of two very busy streets. It is loud 24/7 (at least at the weekend) - bring earplugs.

I cannot recommend Forest House Hotel enough. The staff were so so helpful and some of the best customer service I have experienced. They just went above and beyond to welcome us into the hotel, show us to our room and made sure that we knew how everything worked as well as giving us local food recommendations for both dinner and breakfast and then further recommendations of what to do with our day which was so lovely. The hotel itself is small but perfect, it was so cosy. Our room had everything we needed for an overnight stay and the bed was so comfy. It was lovely and warm which was perfect for winter. We stayed here due to attending a gig at Alexandra Palace which was just a short Uber ride away though public transport options are available. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If you want a good night's sleep this isn't for you,it is like sleeping by a motorway,also guests returning 1am,2am & talking loudly,banging doors,reception staff need to tell all guests to be more respectful to other guests Positive,the room was clean & the Location was ideal for Central London you could be there on 30 minutes

Great hotel if you’re off to Alexandra Palace, we went for the darts. It’s a great location and we found Ubers fairly cheap to and from. We also thought it was great that they had parking available too as that is always a worry of mine. Only £10 per night. The room was clean and modern, small and cosy everything you’re looking for in a budget hotel. Staff are super friendly and welcoming too. Only complaint I’d have but it didn’t affect the rating as the hotel is excellent value for money is that it’s a tad noisy both in the fact that it’s a busy street but also you can hear other guests going to their rooms in the corridor, it wasn’t too much of an issue and didn’t keep us awake for too long. We will be booking again for next year.
