During the Spring Festival, there was no boss service, and the boss did not arrange it in advance to travel. After arriving, it was difficult to stay. The cleaning aunt is very nice and very enthusiastic.

The room is big but very dark. My parents couldn’t find light switch at first. All the decorations are in black so I would not recommend for anyone who loves bright room. Other than that, the room is comfortable. Breakfast has wide local selection, only that the only staff there greeted every guest with angry face every day. (We were there 2 nights). She refused to refill sugar for coffee saying sugar was out. Sure. Front staffs were willing to help. Laundry is free but the laundry room is not so clean. The water leaked out from under the washing machine.

The room was renewed, and I went out for a while. As a result, the computer was turned off, and no one asked. I asked the waiter what was going on. He said that it was nothing to do with him. The attitude was extremely bad and the review was bad. The boss recruited this kind of person. It was really a blood mold for eight lives.

The room looks better than the net map, there is no smell of smoke in a cheap e-sports hotel. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep directly after you play, without changing places.

We booked a sea-view family room, and the service was genuinely excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. During check-in, they kept offering to upgrade us to a higher floor room with a better sea view, but because the upgraded room didn't have bunk beds, and my child really wanted to sleep on bunk beds, we didn't switch. After checking in, they also asked if it was convenient to add a butler. Adding the butler was incredibly helpful. Our room included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but we were 3 adults and 1 child. Without a word, the butler immediately upgraded our breakfast to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. She also gave great recommendations for travel questions and nearby restaurants and reminded us about breakfast times. It's a shame the weather wasn't good during our stay; it was cloudy the whole time, so we didn't get to see the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool. As for the water park, even though my child was over the 1.2m height requirement, there were still some rides he was a bit scared to try. However, the shows at both the water park and amusement park were very entertaining, and my child didn't want to leave. The staff member who helped us purchase additional tickets for these two parks was also very considerate, advising us on the most cost-effective way to do so. The service and environment are truly outstanding. If I visit Zhoushan again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

No wonder this is a highly-rated guesthouse in Putuoshan; it gets full marks in all five aspects! The location is superb, with a bus stop right downstairs in the Longsha residential area, making it convenient to reach all the major temples. Luggage storage is also available at the pier. The owner is incredibly welcoming, recommending unique local restaurants and helping with itinerary planning, making for a fantastic experience. The room is so clean it would delight even the most fastidious clean freaks; disposable towels and toilet seat covers are provided, and the bedding is as soft as sleeping on a cloud. The soundproofing is excellent; closing the door creates a tranquil space where you won't be disturbed at all. The value for money is amazing; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

My experience at the Sheraton Zhoushan Greentown Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is superb, right next to a shopping district, which is a convenient 10-minute walk away. The surroundings are lovely, and the views are expansive. The guest rooms are clean and bright, and the housekeeping was meticulous. There's ample parking at the hotel, so driving here is stress-free. Xena at the front desk was very welcoming and proactive in introducing the hotel's facilities. The amenities are comprehensive, including a pool and a gym, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! This hotel truly stands out with its excellent overall performance and hassle-free transportation. The entire environment is beautiful and grand, the public areas are clean and fresh, and the guest rooms are spotless. There's plenty of parking within the grounds, making it very convenient. With its complete facilities and attentive service, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan.

The hotel is very easy to find, connected with Kaiyuan, parking in the basement, very convenient! The front desk was also very enthusiastic to tell us that the Luxi grapes in Lushan are delicious, let us must try it! The room is clean and tidy, there is a big slide, there is a cabin behind the slide, it would be better if you put some ocean balls, but the children are very happy! It would be better if there were a little more table where things could be put. When I checked out the next day, I was busy packing things. The child ran out to see Xiaoyan and it was a bit noisy. I am sorry!
