The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

Really nice hotel the bed was comfortable and the views were nice. Just wanted to say that Jack was really good with checking us in despite being fairly new at the job and Gemma was very patiently explaining which helped the process go smooth. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This Premier Inn is in a fantastic location right by the cathedral. As long as you are happy to park elsewhere or come by train, it couldn’t be much better. The hotel was perfectly clean and very well presented. Very nice.

Such a shame the window couldn't open so room had auto air con unit I couldn't turn off. Noise kept me awake until I called reception at 1am. Was so pumped with adrenaline the next day I couldn't sleep that night either. Felt quite ill with insomnia. Staff were generally excellent, a slightly brusque cleaner made me feel an inconvenience for still getting ready when she wanted to clean. Otherwise lovely location and great, helpful staff. Just wish I'd been able to open a window instead of having noisey air con.

Had an overnight stay on Wednesday coming up to exeter for a concert in the Pheonix. It was a 10 minute walk from exeter cental railway station all on a flat level. We were on the second floor and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was sold out and from our room we didnt hear a peep all night. We went down for breakfast just after 9 am and there were ample tables. The breakfast had plenty of choices and well worth the daily rate. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would return to this hotel again - cannot fault.

Absolutely brilliant hotel .We had breakfast which was absolutely delicious ＜3 , very fresh and plentifully and brilliant vegan selection . Team dealt absolutely beautifully with my daughter's peanut allergy and they gave us all necessary information and put our mind at ease. Dinner came out quickly and we had the best mix grill ever , so fresh and cooked beautifully . The receptionist was delightful same as the team in the restaurant , such a credit to your company.

Stayed overnight with my wife, the hotel is well located, tucked in behind the Cathedral within easy walking distance of the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room typical Premier in decor but clean and bright. The layout of the bar and restaurant was good and made for a relaxing time, also reasonably priced. One lift was out of action but happy to use the stairs, if the other not readily available, a minor inconvenience and these things happen. Would gladly stay again when visiting Exeter.

Enjoyed stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, comfortable and felt safe. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Basic hotel within very good walking distance of the Quay and city plus local colleges (my reason for staying). Would recommend.
