Family Friendly Hotels in Incheon

Excellent airport hotel with modern, spotless rooms, friendly staff, and great amenities. The location is very convenient for travelers, just a short shuttle ride from Incheon Airport. The view from the window was very beautiful 🤗

Pros: Near Incheon Airports, especially terminal 2. Self contained entertainment and food options, many of which are specially curated selections such as the Michael Jordan Restaurant and the food court is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Hotel also has a concierge service for taxis. ****** is open 24 hours with bars and food options available for purchase. Great place to past your time. Hotel room looks clean. Hotel looks classy. Walkways are bright and lifts look nice. 2 sinks in toilet, which is the hallmark of a top class hotel. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Cons: Extremely far from the city centre. Hotel appears to be the sole structure in the middle of barren land, with no human traffic spotted anywhere near the hotel. Shuttle bus to and from the airport arrives only once an hour and take about 30mins to travel between Incheon Airports and the resort, meaning it could take you up to 1.5 hours to reach the resort from Incheon Airport. Also not available when you need it the most, such as nighttime and if you need to catch an early morning flight. Recommend taking a taxi. Hotel Concierge coordinating taxi services does not pay attention to your words and tell the taxi driver wrong information, fetching you to the wrong airport terminal resulting in you overpaying for the taxi in time and cost and potentially missing your flight. The toilet bowl is theoretically great but does not work as intended. The buttons do not respond to your press for the most part. Most restaurants, including the food court, and shops close early, and i mean really early. So stick to the ******.

The initial room assigned to us had some unexplained noise. We informed the hotel staff who helped with our luggage, and after unsuccessfully trying to identify the source, he promptly arranged for us to move to another room. The hotel provides Byredo toiletries, but note that disposable items like toothbrushes and razors are subject to a fee, as per government regulations (which now apply to all hotels in South Korea). Additionally, no other single-use amenities (such as cotton swabs or shower caps) are provided as the other hotels we stayed at this time.  The mini bar is complimentary (free for use per night). Moreover, our room rate included six hours of access to Cimer, though the front desk staff did not inform us of this—we only found out when we provided our room number at Cimer.

The hotel is very close to the airport and is a great hotel for a short stay. The style of the hotel was stylish and very clean. The  room was spacious and had everything you need. We had dinner at the restaurant, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Very big portions! They had a cute Photo Booth outside with free prints. I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was of an additional cost… so we decided not to pay. So we went out to take a look and photograph it but we were told we couldn’t pass unless we paid which I thought was terrible considering we paid to stay there! My friend stayed in a different room and she had a pool view and it was beautiful. Our room was a basic view. The gym was decent and clean.

We recently stayed at Royal Emporium Incheon Airport Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Incheon International Airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was punctual and easy to arrange, though it's important to note that reservations are required in advance. Overall, I highly recommend Royal Emporium Incheon Airport Hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. It's a great value for travelers seeking quality accommodations near the airport.

Awesome hotel and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were both excellent.

The resort was lovely! The photos posted online mirror the actual location. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The rooftop area was spectacular and offered stunning views of the harbor. Truly breathtaking! There is a CU convenience store and restaurants at the resort as well. However, the water park and pools are not open for the May holiday break. The arcade, mini golf and other advertised activities are not inclusive of the room rate. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and were saddened to leave.

Was only able to enjoy the convenience store downstairs. The view is amazing. They don’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but they do from the front desk so I’m not sure what that policy is. All staff are friendly but I found some sand on the bedsheets and some odd dust flying around on the floor so that wasn’t very encouraging. But overall, the place does well for a quick rest in between flights. About an hour away from the airport by bus and 20 minutes by taxi, which is about 11~13 USD

Friendly stuff. Receiving a 10%coupon at the cafe on the first floor on all your staying days. Nice small gym. The cleaning stuff was not good. There are plenty of dust everywhere and hair on the bed
