"WARNING: Hotel does not allow extension- as I found out: you are not allowed to stay in the room between about Noon until evening or they charge an hourly fee. This was not at all clear ro me based on all of the information provided to me. Trip.com is aware and describes addressing the information issue on the Trip.com site. While not allowing stay through the day it is a very nice room in a great location---- just be certain to check in and check out in accord with policy times☆☆ I gathered check-in after 10pm (or 8pm.per a staff member) and completely vacated by 12-noon. Good Luck!"

Great
PPearl6494Everything was great, I have no complaints, except that all the panel instructions were only in Korean, with no English explanations. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather South Korea's cultural and political situation; even the outside world displayed in the elevators is entirely in Korean, completely disconnected from the rest of the world.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Unseo Station. On the way, you'll find Olive Young and Photoism, and there are CU, GS25, and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a minute's walk. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and everything is very clean. They even provide a hair straightener, which is a nice touch – just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The remote control is great; you can control the AC, lights, and TV all with one click! Getting to APF is easy too, just a bus ride away. They do lend out universal adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring your own.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and allowed me to check in 3h early as there was a vacant room.
But I had a REALLY BAD experience of the room. From the moment i entered, there was one set of lights that kept turning off and on again periodically. I didn't mind that at first as there were other lights in the room. But when it was time to sleep, I switched off all the lights and went to bed. Throughout the night, the lights just turned on and off on its own. When i tried adjusting the light settings, the panel felt overheated and pressing the buttons sometimes did not have any effect. Did not tell the staff as it was already 2am by then and I would be checking out at 6am.
I would have been ok with a malfunctioning set of lights that cannot be switched on. But for lights to just turn on and off as if they have a mind of their own, its completely unacceptable.

GGuest UserGreat location for staycation. It’s slightly tricky to get to the hotel, but it’s the best spot for a relaxing holiday facing to the sea and an island. Really love the balcony.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, you must see clearly before booking. This hotel can only be checked in at 8 pm. It is not possible to do one minute early, and there is no room for discussion.
Secondly, the room facilities are very simple, the pillows are too hard, the bathroom towels are old, there are no disposable slippers, there are plastic slippers, and there is no shower cap. I also charged an additional 30,000 won for two days on the weekend. It was said that Trip.com had a rule. After returning to Shanghai, I immediately communicated with Trip.com and returned the corresponding RMB of 30,000 won. No one cleaned the room for two days. The garbage was not collected. I had my own garbage bag change and piled the garbage at the door of the room...
Closer to the venue, it is more convenient to watch the concert! There are many choices of places to eat in the convenience store pharmacy supermarket coffee shop. There is a not-so-big oliveyoung. There are basically all you need to buy, which can meet the basic needs of life. It is also acceptable to take a 20-minute taxi from Gimpo Airport!

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but functional. However, the hotel's front desk doesn't offer luggage storage, which was quite inconvenient, especially with a child and other heavy bags to carry. Also, some of the power outlets in the room weren't working well, and there weren't many of them. I'd recommend bringing your own power strip.

JJiuyinniI booked this hotel to see a show at Inspire. The room was much more spacious compared to hotels in downtown Seoul, and all the toiletries were provided. There's also a CU convenience store nearby, and it's about a 40-minute walk to the venue.
The hotel staff (specifically, an older gentleman) was also incredibly kind. When I didn't know how to get to the convenience store, he even used Naver to help navigate and drew a map for me. When I checked out, he also helped call a taxi to the airport. I'm really grateful!

GGuest UserStaying overnight during an ICN layover, the location is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Unseo Station. The road isn't great, but it's still pretty convenient. There's an Emart convenience store downstairs, and a CU just a 2-minute walk north, so you definitely won't go hungry. Check-in can be done at a self-service machine, and the front desk opens at 9 AM. The morning shift is a Korean gentleman, and the evening shift is a Chinese gentleman. There's also a rooftop garden on the top floor with distant views of the airport. I can't believe I never realized how convenient Seoul was for visa-free layovers before; I've been missing out!

GGuest UserNot really a hotel, but a serviced apartment with just about everything you could need. There's no staff at all but the self service check in is easy.
A 10-15 minute walk from the metro station but the pavements are in really poor condition for a new development so dragging luggage can be problematic. It's only a couple of stops from the airport, but It's an hour into Seoul so it's better for short stays but it's far cheaper than staying in Seoul. The local area has plenty of convenience stores, and there's a large supermarket in the other side of the metro station.
The apartment has everything you could need apart from maybe a microwave and there's no plates or cutlery. Nice to have a washing machine but there's nowhere to hang your clothes up to dry...huge fridge freezer which is easy to miss, hidden within the bathroom wall space... Good Aircon and heating, not a fan of the shower as the whole room gets wet without a shower door but otherwise ok.
Overall a very good choice for short stays, a few small maintenance issues which need addressing but nothing a short stay required fixing.

GGuest UserWell located. Ideal for those who arrive very late at night o for those who have a very early morning flight. Airport Train station is 7 minutes walking. Cafes and local food places very close. A 7/11 right in front. The reception staff does their job but they don't go any further. Good value for money.
