HOTEL NADA RECOMENDABLE, MI HIJA ESTUVO LA SEMANA PASADA DE VIAJE DE FIN DE CURSO, SU HABITACIÓN SE ENCONTRABA EN UN ESTADO LAMENTABLE, MOQUETA SUCIA, HUMEDADES, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA, HABÍA INSECTOS, EL BAÑO NO SE PODÍA UTILIZAR, LA CISTERNA NO FUNCIONABA, LA DUCHA NO TRAGABA, ESTABA MUY SUCIO. ERAN VARIAS LAS HABITACIONES EN ESE ESTADO. EL HOTEL NO LES DIÓ UNA NUEVA HASTA EL DÍA SIGUIENTE POR LA NOCHE. LES SOBRAN AL MENOS 3 ESTRELLAS.

come detto dal titolo della recensione è abbastanza deludente. l’hotel è di categoria 4 stelle ma ne darei massimo 3, per essere più precisi magari un 2 superior. la pulizia nelle camere è scarsa, la finestra della mia camera non si è mai aperta, macchie di strana provenienza sui copriletti e moquette sui pavimenti😱 per la colazione mancano brioches fresce, nutella, burro e cose scontate che si trovano negli hotel per la colazione; in più il distributore di bevande (latte, caffè, caffèlatte ecc) eroga solo acqua sporca. il rumore dello scarico è costante e fastidioso, soprattutto di notte. dal bagno escono strani rumori che non saprei nemmeno come definire. le uniche due note positive sono lo staff sempre cortese e disponibile ed il prezzo abbordabile.

albergo rinnovato nelle adiacenze del casello Ponzano Romano , spazi comuni molto grandi e completamente rinnovati , la mia camera nella media come dimensioni bagno forse un po piccolino letti comodi e camera completamente insonorizzata , ottima la prima colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. la struttura se pur a ridosso della autostrada gode di uno spazio esterno notevole e rilassante.

Purtroppo esperienza negativa. La struttura è datata e poco pulita nelle camere, meglio la hall . Sarebbe stata tutto sommato positiva vista la posizione dell'hotel vicino all'uscita autostradale, la buona colazione con dolce e salato e il prezzo più abbordabile rispetto agli hotel a Roma. Peccato il disturbo notturno per presenza di ragazzi in gita scolastica, Il condizionatore rumoroso in camera che partiva da solo e soprattutto il declinare la responsabilità nella scomparsa di un oggetto dimenticato in camera durante il check out che ho reclamato il pomeriggio stesso. Le cose non spariscono nel nulla, Un consiglio al ragazzo receptionist col quale ho interagito è di prestare più attenzione all'onesta' del personale di camera invece che coprirlo. Persone non meritevoli affiancate però anche da personale gentile e premuroso sia in sala ristorante che in altri turni alla reception.

Experiencia pésima. Mi hija fue con sus compañeros de viaje de fin de curso y no pudo tener peor suerte. La habitación estaba en condiciones insalubres. La comida de malisima calidad. A este hotel le sobran unas cuantas estrellas. NO RECOMENDABLE. Y además a una hora de Roma en autocar.

Hotel molto comodo vicino all'uscita autostradale di Ponzano Romano-Soratte. Comodo da raggiungere e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico. Ottimo il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi piatti di pasta tipici della tradizione romana.

Siamo stati in questo splendido albergo immerso nel verde per due notti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, speciale la colazione con un buffet molto fornito e dolci freschissimi. Le camere sono moderne e ampie. Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico

Ottimo hotel sull'autostrada. Ci siamo fermati una notte per spezzare il viaggio. Ampio parcheggio privato molto comodo. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione la mattina. Ci tornerò!
