Good hotel in a great location in the newer part of Fes. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for the two nights I was there. I couldn't seem to warm the room up but I also didn’t ask anyone to help with it, which I’m sure they would have! I had to be out early for my flight and the manager brought me a coffee and some cake whilst I waited for the taxi which was really thoughtful.

It’s a decent budget hotel. The only complaint is that there is no hot water in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Here is my feedback after a 5 night stay in this hotel:
The hotel is very well located in the center of Fez.
The staff are helpful and welcoming.
The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are clean and spacious.
The environment is quiet and secure (close to the city's main police station).

新市街にあるホテル。徒歩でも旧市街に行ける距離だが頻繁に行き来するならタクシーが必要。（旧市街までの途中にカルフールがあります）ＣＴＭバス乗り場から近いので今回利用。電車駅まではタクシーに乗りました。
部屋はシングルでも広くお湯も出たので特別不満はありませんでしたがロビーにハエがたくさん飛んでいたのだけがきになりました。
眠るだけなら問題無し。
