Exceeded expectations. Central location. Unbeatable river view. Unique rooftop view. Super cost-effective.
The room facilities and supplies are better than those of ordinary European hotels. The side suite we were upgraded to for free is over 60 square meters. The valet parking service is also very reliable. I will come again next time.

In the city center, most sightseeing spots and shopping can be reached on foot, especially close to Ponte Vecchio. The hotel room is large, the environment is good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is the most satisfactory hotel in my trip to Italy.

L'albergo è in una posizione eccellente sul lungarno ad un ponte di distanza da Ponte Vecchio, la struttura è distribuita in un palazzo antico ed alcune camere sono piuttosto distanti.
Le camere non sono grandi ma sono arredate con stile e confortevoli, la colazione discreta. Purtroppo all'arrivo mi è stata data una camera priva di scuri e tende con una giustificazione bizzarra, mi è stata sostituita senza troppi problemi ma la circostanza non avrebbe dovuto presentarsi

This is showing as a 4 star property and I will certainly give this 5 stars for that. It is not the four seasons, but a unique boutique type hotel. I believe all rooms are a little different and we picked the river view exclusive room and although it did not have a balcony as the description said it had a very large window we opened and had open often. The staff was great and breakfast was good. We had an early trip before the restaurant opened and they even offered to pack us a breakfast before the opened. Clean room and very comfortable at 500+ sq ft.

The location was excellent, near the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal. It was an easy walk to St. Marks Square and many restaurants. Hotel was clean and rooms were well appointed. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.
I do not recommend the breakfast unless it is included in your room price. It was completely overpriced and does not compare with other breakfasts at similarly priced hotels.

What a beautiful room! Although we were right in the middle of Firenze, the property was quiet, restful and clean.
Definitely would stay here again.
