W Florence

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is amazing-so nice and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day and often our bed was remade when we got back from dinner. Every single person who works there is friendly and so helpful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this gorgeous hotel that is close to everything!

(( BAD EXPERIENCE)) “I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the W Florence and do not recommend it. From the hotel manager to the reception and lobby staff, the service was disappointing. Additionally, when I requested just a 30-minute late checkout after noon, they insisted on charging an extra fee, despite the fact that I found out there were plenty of available rooms.
