Bad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.

A bit far from city Centre, so we took a taxi. There is a great shopping mall next to hotel. Restaurant service is not good , choice is very limited

Everything was great, and the hotel will take you to downtown with bus only for 1.5 EUR and every one hour, the hotel is nice the staff are are nice too
