The Market Urban Hotel Reviews

The hotel is located right inside the Central Market, with all the attractions nearby, making it convenient to head out for sightseeing once the sun isn't as strong. We originally booked a family room, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to two king rooms! The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was enough to fill us up.

5 mins walk from train station, close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes to the train and market. Hospitality is great.

Best of the best hotels during our stay in Italy. At first, we sent an email to the hotel before the trip, informing them of our honeymoon stay in Firenze, but got no reply. But how they treated us has proved that they had been aware. We got very very well taken care of. The room was good, and the breakfast was fabulous. The stuff there were all professional and kind. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon a wonderful memory. I recommend this hotel to all coming to Florence!

The room isn't big, but it's nicely decorated. You'll have to carry your luggage up a few steps, but it's not a big deal. The breakfast selection is small but decent. The location is typical for hotels near a train station, so nothing special there. However, I'd still recommend staying near the train station in Florence because it's a pain to drag heavy luggage around the city.

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. I chose a room with a terrace, and it had a separate small door, making it super quiet and secure.

Very convenient location but might not suitable for those who like quietness. However, despite the fuss the hotel is well-designed, very clean, helpful staff, adequate amenities and good breakfast!

Front line staffs and housekeeping were very nice however the room was abit old. Tv never works it stopped showing after every 5 mins even they sent technician to fix it. Air-con was not cold even after fixing, bathroom smell like sewage…

Front desk is friendly and helpful, breakfast is an added value, location near train station, easy access to other city nearby like Pisa leaning tower, walking distances from place of interest in Florence.

Good location but pricey

Breakfast was good, lots of options. location was excellent- right by the train station and bus stop for day trips. The service was nice and the gave us complimentary treats! It’s quite modern and so some of the lights were confusing but we enjoyed our stay.

The room was compact but very clean, the staff was always friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The view from the room was amazing!
