We like this hotel. The location is great! Really convenient to the city centre and to the train station (almost exactly between them). The man working at the front desk was very helpful and a nice guy. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, comfortable beds, no complaints. Good bathrooms / showers. The TV channels reception was not always the best, but we didn't watch much TV. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment about that. The mini bar had free drinks. This hotel made our visit to Florence that much more enjoyable. We think it's good value for money in a great city.

Nice location and near to many popular attractions! The buffet breakfast can be better though. I like their thoughtful service and afternoon snacks of chocolate!

The room is very good. It is right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The location is very good and clean. The hotel staff is also very good. The space is also relatively large in the city center.
