I had euros and dollars (I had dollars left because I was traveling to Dubai with you) I only took 200 euros and left the rest (I think I left them because I thought I would need them while traveling;;) 2,400 dollars were gone The exact amount of money that was lost was 200 euros and 2,400 dollars I searched the entire room just in case, but of course It didn't come out I told the hotel right away, but the hotel said that they work with employees who have been with them for a long time and that employees don't touch guests' belongings in the room They said that they checked on the CCTV to see who came in to clean, but I don't know if they checked with that person directly. If you want to report it, you have to go to the police station yourself and write a report, and they said that an employee can accompany you to the police station, but I had to leave for Rome that day, and after looking up several cases, I saw cases where people wasted hours at the police station, so I just gave up. Since the money was already taken anyway, and there was no evidence, I didn't even expect to get it back. Italy is famous for pickpocketing, so I only carried a small amount of cash and left the rest at the hotel, but the inside of my backpack zipper in the hotel room, which I thought was safe, was the least safe;; It's really creepy and scary that they searched through our bags and took everything in our hotel room while we were away. It's not just hundreds of thousands of won, it's also unbelievable that they took millions of won. Ah! They took all the dollars except for 100 dollars. Why did they leave 100 dollars?^^??;; It was my first trip to Florence, Italy. Because of that, I don't think I'll ever go back to Florence. I can't believe that something like this happened at a 5-star hotel. This is a really crappy hotel.^^

The location of the hotel is great. The window of the room I stayed in was on the Arno River, and the old bridge was perfect for taking pictures. The front desk service is very good. The capsule coffee machine is clean and filled with water for the convenience of hotel guests. The breakfast is also good.
