The owner of the guest suites made this visit memorable! Great gentleman! We had no idea what a guest suites was. No regrets, would stay again! Quaint, local dining and close proximity to everything. He stored pur luggage while we went to Rome! Lifesaver! A+ service

Lovely little hotel close to the centre of Florence but very quiet at night. Lots of gluten free places to eat closeby which was very important for our stay. Only a short walk from the train station. Roberto was an absolute gentleman who greeted us at the door and carried our luggage upstairs and provided us with a map with all of the best places to visit. He also advised us on what to wear to visit the churches or cathedral. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing and the free coffeemaker and teamaking facilities was very appreciated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a simple and great place to stay. The hotel is very close to everything including the train station or the tram station which is very useful for airport connections. Then it's walking distance from any landmarks, shops, restaurants. My room was quiet, warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice to have a good selection of tea, coffee, biscuits at the reception. The hosts are lovely too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return here again.

Back after two years, nothing has changed, because nothing needed to change, as everything was and is perfect! My compliments to the owners (Paola and Roberto) and their housekeeper Thorough cleaning, very comfortable independent heating, comfortable beds, excellent extra services and superlative welcome! I would recommend it to anyone, my satisfaction was maximum and I checked out with a slight melancholy (I always regret leaving the good things) Thank you for existing Roberto, I wish you all the best!

A few steps from the center, friendly staff and excellent service, I absolutely recommend it!!! Mrs. Alessandra is very friendly and gave us the best advice on all the places to visit and where to taste good Tuscan food. Mr. Roberto is also very friendly. I would gladly return

We loved staying at this hotel, which has everything you need for an ideal stay in wonderful Florence: a great location (very close to the SMN station, a 6-7 minute walk from the Duomo, and a stone's throw from the market), comfortable beds, cleanliness, lovely service (they do everything possible to make your stay a pleasure), and breakfast included in a nearby café (very good cappuccino, juice, and something sweet or yogurt). It's a great value, and it's well connected to Florence Airport by tram (20 minutes, €1.50 per person). If we return to Florence, we'll stay again.

Great little hotel. Everything is there. Very, very close to the historic center. The bed was very comfortable. And the service is extraordinary! The hotel is very clean too. Breakfast is taken in a bar outside the hotel and it is also very good.
